About two years ago, I repeated it about three times. The first time was with my husband, and the second time I stayed alone in the summer. The third fall, I stayed there again by myself.I am writing a review because I was treated unkindly at the time of checkout.I thought I had submitted all the necessary documents to Aigogun, but suddenly I was charged the full amount.Actually, I forgot to sign at the bottom of the document. The landlady didn't even point it out and charged us the full amount.Even though I paid in cash, do I pay the full amount and then get 5,000 yen cash back? When I asked if there was something wrong, he finally told me that he had forgotten the signature. The response was extremely unkind. All I can say is that they are fooling the customers.I deleted the reviews here, but I still think it's better to post them.We recommend booking through a travel site if possible, even if it is a little expensive.

Although it is a small inn, you can relax and relax. The food was delicious and the bath was nice and hot. It is a family bath, so you can take your time in each room.

The quality of the hot spring water was very good, and the thick water made my skin smooth. Also, both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Dinner was a standard plan with a grilled local chicken course.I will go again.

This is a small inn. There is no view from either the room or the open air.The room is a little small. The food is satisfying both in taste and quantity.I couldn't finish the kamameshi, but they made me rice balls.Thank you!The bath is smooth and smooth. The open-air bath (outdoor bath) may need improvement. Winter is cold.

Good sense of distance in customer serviceThe room had a toilet and washroom. It will be small for 4 people, but just the right size for 2 couples. The hot springs are perfect and have the best slimy feeling. The food is great for elderly couplesEverything is delicious, including the small dishes. There is only a river around, but it feels quite nostalgic when you take a walk.If you are staying at a luxury inn in Ikaho Onsen, please come to Onogami Onsen Kikumura once. There is a direct sales store, Takeyama, in a few minutes towards Nakanojo.Takana Manju Daikon Yuzu Wrapped with Miso is the best

I would be satisfied with this level of service at a hotel. In Gunma Prefecture, I also went to Kusatsu and Ikaho, but the quality of the hot springs in particular was the best I've ever been to. I had never seen hot water so thick before, and I was surprised to find that my skin remained smooth even after a day of washing it off in the shower. I'm quite happy that this hot spring has two family baths that can be reserved for private use, and that you can use them as much as you like until 9:30 in the morning. The food was not luxurious, but it was delicious and made with local ingredients such as river fish sashimi. However, infant food is intended for children over 4 years old, so I think it may be a little difficult to feed infants under 3 years old. I would also appreciate it if you could eat in your guest room instead of in the dining room. Although it is a small inn, the level of satisfaction is high.
