I made a reservation for sightseeing, butI found another good place and contacted the site to cancel my reservation, but I didn't get a reply, and even though it said I could cancel for free, I couldn't.When I tried to call the hotel directly, I was told that the number was no longer in use and could not be connected.I can't cancel because I can't contact you, and the date is extended and I have to pay a cancellation fee, which is the worst part.

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days, but I don't want to give it 1 star, 0.First of all, the amenities listed on the website were not available.Even though it said there was a hair iron, there was none on any floor. There was also one hair dryer on the second floor and one on the third floor. One was broken and could not be used.I think there are 9 rooms in total, 3 on each floor. There are only two shower rooms for the number of rooms. We are really careful when using it.This may be normal for guesthouses. The cleaning was not done properly at all, and one of the sinks was clogged and filled with water until we left. The refrigerator was also a shared space, and half-eaten food was left there from the time we arrived until we left. The towels were not replaced either, so I dried them in my room and used the same towels the second day.Maybe this is normal if you stay overnight?Since the employees are not present, we cannot make any complaints even if there are deficiencies. It is best not to expect replacements for defective products or support when something goes wrong. It may be easier to avoid face-to-face contact with employees. However, if you walk a little, you can see the Sky Tree. The location is good as Sensoji Temple is also nearby. If you can just secure a place where you can stay without worrying about the service, I think you can stay there.

It's only for women, so it's safe and the location is close to the station. Good value for money! But there is a lot of dust.
