I didn't need the view or breakfast, but I would stay again because of the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Please note that there is no bathtub and no smoking area. All the people at the front desk were nice. The man who was cleaning didn't say hello.I left something in the shower room, but they didn't keep it for me, so I think the service was adequate.

The location is great. But... the reason for booking was the size of the room. Finding this size in Tokyo is not easy. We were lucky to get a large twin room for a reasonable price. The bathroom is also of sufficient size. Lots of storage space. There is a coffee machine and a microwave in the entrance area. The hotel only has 9 rooms. So it's very small and very quiet. Bed/blanket/pillow... everything was great.Towel hooks are missing. There is not a single hook in the entire bathroom or room to hang anything. Furthermore, there is a kettle, but no cups or glasses. Ok, glasses don't have to be in the room, but cups would be very important. When I asked the service whether the hotel had cups for guests, I was told to go to a 100 yen shop and buy some. That's not good service. We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and then bought ourselves cups and glasses which we then left there. There is a closet with ONLY 3 hangers! Please buy hangers. That's not normal. Unfortunately there is no daylight either. The window, which unfortunately cannot be opened (even though there are only 4 floors), looks directly onto another building. So you never know whether the sun will shine. Why you can't open the windows is a mystery to me. It was also very dusty when we got into the room. You always have to ask for towels. Garbage is left in front of the hotel door if you want to be taught that. One time it took two days for us

Let’s talk about something unrelated to scores first.1. Although the whole building is non-smoking, I smelled smoke when I went downstairs on the second day, but it disappeared after that. It may have come from outside, so no points will be deducted.2. The bedside table is a little higher than the bed (photos 1 to 2), and then I kept bumping into it. I think it is a cultural difference. The bedside table is higher than the bed, so there is no penalty, but it really hurts when bumped.3. After staying for 4 consecutive days, it was said that it could only be cleaned once every 3 days, but there seems to be no announcement on the website; the bed in 401 was very noisy, and it was dealt with after the response on the second day, but it was only half improved, and it was still noisy, my friends who sleep in it. Please note that I really want to deduct points here, but seeing that the store has taken care of it, I will deduct 0.5 points privately!!!Point deduction part1. The dust is very thick in many places (photos 3 to 6), which is a bit exaggerated. The meticulousness of cleaning needs to be improved. 1 point will be deducted.2. It’s great that there is a microwave in the lobby, but you can’t borrow plates at the counter! Most of the food bought outside needs to be heated. Do we have to ask everyone to bring plates when they check in? I don’t understand? Deduct 1 point. (There may not be knives or cooking tools available to borrow)Bonus pointsThank you to the handsome guy at the counter for letting us leave our luggage until the evening after checking out. He was also very polite! Added 1 pointFriends who go to Tokyo recently must go to the supermarket to buy red meat Yubari for about 1,500 for 1 piece, and 2 large pieces for about 1,000 (all in Japanese yen).

I recently stayed in a twin room at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The bathroom and bedroom were impeccably clean and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to the subway and nearby tourist attractions, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The interior design deserves a special mention. The use of materials and color combinations creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the shower head, which provided a truly miraculous experience.Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. I just happened to watch the Sumida River Fireworks Festival this time. After watching it, I walked back to the hotel leisurely.

Low quality of room cleaning, if any. Rarely emptied rubbish even when sign to make up room was put out in the morning.Bathroom bins were often skipped by cleaners.Staff were polite overall.Good value for people on budget and nice new rooms.

Everything is available. The largest room has a washing machine and kitchen. Suitcases can be spread out on the floor. There is quite a lot of space. There is an elevator so you don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage. It’s also very close to Kaminarimon Gate.
