Very clean, enough space for our family, perfect location.The toiletries provided are nice and big enough for a long stay, so I should not have brought my own.I wish it were more clear how to request a room cleaning in the middle of our stay, I requested through a "contact us" form but didn't hear anything back.Laundry room is clean and easy to use!

ROOM: Size is okay for the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). However, our room wasn’t clean at all when we arrived. Surfaces are full of dust and fallen hair everywhere. No cleaning supplies available so I literally had to use tissue to gather and clean up the dust on the floor. Request for room cleaning is another 6,000 yen I think. I also didn’t like the bed and pillows at all, it was hard for me to sleep for the first 3 nights of stay (we stayed for 7 nights).LOCATION: Good enough for us to go places in our itinerary plus lots of restaurants nearby. Neighborhood in general is very quiet though.SERVICE: They were kind enough to fulfill our requests esp for changing of towels.COSTS: Affordable given the location but would probably not stay here again unfortunately.

This apartment is snuggly located in a group of buildings. This is one of my favorite spots in Tokyo because of its proximity to the bus and train stations, retail shopping, and grocery stores. The apartment is clean, well appointed and aptly accommodated. Getting to the building can be a challenge though because there is a keypad that uses a rolling code. There is a laundry room on the first floor and housekeeping to provide towels and other supplies. I would recommend this apartment for those who have families and want that big city experience.

Very clean room, five beds provided our family good sleep to adjust from jet lag. My daughters love the bunker bed. Giving three stars here, because the checking in process can be improved. All my family ID info had been provided online as requested, but still had to redo entire passport scanning and ID entering process for every one at the hot small narrow front desk/corner in summer afternoon (w/ a small table fan). The German family checked in in front of us told us they had the same issues more than once.

We booked in for 5 people and the room got 2 double and one single bed and a bunk bed. Small kitchen and dinning table is amazing for you to cook or enjoy food. Electric hot plate grill and humidifier can be borrowed on ground floor is super nice.

Great value for money. It seems like an old building with newly renovated rooms, so the place didn't look dated at all.Few minor gripes would be:1. Water pressure was a bit weak2. Hairdryer power was quite weak too3. Noise was able to leak through the glass door at the balcony4. Frosted glass door for emergency was not covered at all so light shone through it from 5am in the morning, so that affected my sleepI would still definitely recommend this place to other people though.

Great place to stay near asakusa. It's a bit of a walk to the closest stations if you're carrying luggage, but otherwise it's a comfortable walk to many places around.We stayed in the 4 bed room. If you can't stand the sunlight in the morning, sleeping in the bunk bed is your best option as the light from the emergency exit door can be too bright especially if you're staying in the summer with very early sunrise.There are amenities downstairs such as laundry and several games you can borrow. Drip coffee and toothbrushes are also provided.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo next time.

Room: The room is very large, with four single beds, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen. There is still plenty of space. The toilet and bathroom are separated. The kitchen utensils are complete.Service: Self check in provided. No cleaning and bedsheet changing service provided but there is a towel changing service at 9am in the morning. There is a watching room on 1st floor paying with coin. You can also borrow games. Both entrance door and room door must be unlocked by number which is pretty safe (no loss key).Location: 5 minutes walk to Kuramae station which is only one station next to Asakusa (North). There are cafe, restaurants and convenient stores nearby within 5 minutes walk. However, if you have many luggage, you have to walk about 10 minutes to station exit with lift provided.
