I haven't cleaned it. Surprise! !The problem is in being in charge of neatness.Hair was falling everywhere. There were also two pieces of tempura that had fallen under the table.It's summer, so insects are inevitable. There were about three dead beetles...

We stayed with 3 adults and a dog. The dining and living room on the first floor was quite spacious, with a large Japanese-style room, and on the second floor there was a room with bunk beds and two Japanese-style rooms about 3 tatami mats in size. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of plates and glasses. The bath cannot be reheated, but there is a large bathtub and a washing area. Speaking of greed, it would be great if the toilet had a washlet. However, I was disappointed that the receptionist was not at all friendly.

Used by 10 people. The living room is large and there are three bedrooms. There are two toilets and two sinks. The bathroom is cold in winter. Surrounded by nature, the starry sky is beautiful at night.The reception and cottage are separated and guests will be led by car. The parking lot can accommodate about 3 cars.

The staff is kind and responsive and there are no problems at all. The villa was in a difficult place to find, but the driver guided us so we arrived without getting lost. The problem is the villa. It's an old property from the Showa era, and the room smells like mold, and I have hay fever, so my nose feels itchy. Since it's outside the villa, there aren't many cars passing by, so it feels good to spend time outside.

I made a reservation from another site and used it.The room was tidy and there were enough tableware.However, there were a lot of insects like flies in the room, especially in the toilet, so I couldn't enter calmly.If you are going, we recommend that you bring insecticide with you.There was also a barbecue stove available for rent, which I used. They were very helpful in setting up the stove and cleaning up.

I have been using it every year for the past few years during Obon. It's helpful that pets are allowed, and the staff are kind and provide us with the same villa every year. It's helpful because I know how to use it and I don't have to get lost. The villas are scattered around the area, so if you're visiting for the first time, you'll need to register it in your car's navigation system or you'll get lost. The villa area is really large. If I remember correctly, it is divided into six parts: Star, Flower, Bird, Rainbow, Forest, and Sky City, and they are scattered around Prince Land.

Five people rented a vacation home for about 4,000 yen per person, as it was not the peak season. It was a comfortable vacation rental for the price.We had a BBQ, and since we could rent it for 3,500 yen, it was very easy to prepare and clean up. However, please note that BBQs and fireworks must be finished by 9:00 pm out of consideration for surrounding villas.The reason I gave it a -1 star was because of the cleanliness. I'm not one to worry too much about it, but my friend who went with me said that some places weren't cleaned properly and the comforters were dirty, so if you're a germophobe, you need to be careful.Also, if you are coming from the Karuizawa area, you are likely to take a toll road, but if you are coming from the Tsumagoi village area, you can come without using the toll road.Overall, my impression was that I was very satisfied with the price.postscriptThere is a convenience store and supermarket within a 15-minute drive from the rental villa, so you can do some shopping after checking in.
