From June 21, 2020, the extremely popular inn "Hoshigaoka Sanso" in Shiriyaki Onsen has been operated. For the time being, it looks like we will only be accepting reservations on our website, Jalan net, and by phone.I haven't stayed there yet, but considering the excellent service at Hoshigaoka Sanso, I think I have high expectations for it as well.I used the hot springs on a day trip before, and the hot water was very nice. There is also information that breakfast is Japanese and dinner is French.First visit addition in August 2024First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and making it a great trip. What is especially noteworthy is that the meals are made with plenty of local ingredients, and both the Japanese French cuisine in the evening and the Japanese cuisine in the morning are exquisite, and you can enjoy them with all five senses: see them, listen to their explanations, and taste them. The most important thing is that the hot springs are very hot, and you are encouraged to soak in the hot springs, and as you do so, you will see the white and black hot water flowers that are characteristic of Otoku Onsen dancing. There is also a sign in the bathroom, but I'm worried that people without prior knowledge will complain if it's dirty. When you check in, you will be greeted with a welcome drink (homemade syrup or beer) and a welcome vegetable that is not just a welcome sweet. I immediately enjoyed the delicious local vegetables. There are two types of guest rooms: a traditional house that was relocated and a mountain villa with beds, but this time we chose the mountain villa, which had been renovated and was very comfortable.Check-out is until 12:00, which is great for people who want to relax. You can buy fresh local vegetables at the roadside station next door, but it's best to go there right after it opens to get the best products.Editing

Apparently it was reopened under new management in June. It's a little inconvenient if you don't have a car, but both meals were very delicious. To be honest, the location of the outlet was inconvenient, so it would be nice to have an extension cord.

I only used the hot springs. Do not open the door on the wall, monkeys will come in. Note. The hot spring was a rare hot spring with black flowers floating in the water. It was warm even after I came out, which was great. I would like to use it at a hotel next time.

♨️One-day hot spring 500 yenDays of use: Weekdays, eveningsSpring quality ◎Civility ◎Clean ◯Payment: gold onlyRest area: YesMeals: No day trips?-Characteristics of hot springsThe hot springs are slightly hot (about 41 degrees Celsius), black yunohana, cloudy green, and a light grayish color. It warms me up and makes me sweat. Be careful when using towels as they have a strong sulfur smell. A classic Gunma hot spring close to Kusatsu-ExperiencesDay trip hot spring 500 yen ♨️ The quality of the hot springs was very good. The bathhouse is small with only about 5 showers, so be careful if it gets crowded. There are no old problems (I haven't encountered any so far), and the people are clean and well-mannered.

The staff's response was the worst, and even though it was a cold day, there was no proper heating in the dining room, so I caught a cold. I want to sue them.
