The rooms are clean and nice. There is nothing in the refrigerator, so you have to buy water. The front desk has a smoking room and vending machines on the 2nd and 1st floors.Additional amenities could be picked up at the front desk. The location was good as it was close to Tenjin Minami Station. There is a Korean staff member who can speak English, so communication is no problem at all.

It's full of foreigners, it's noisy, people don't follow your order, it's better not to stay there.Check-in is from 15:00 and it is not possible to check-in before then. From there, you can line up and check-in ends after 16:00.

The location is convenient. There is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs, and it is also close to the station. The windows in the room are well insulated, and the air-conditioning is well placed. Plus there is a washing machine. It is a hotel that can be stayed for a long time.

First of all, the location was great for traveling to Tenjin Intersection/Nakasu/Canal City.I was assigned a high-rise view, and there were three elevators, so I didn't have to wait at all.The room condition was good, but it had a bit of a musty smell, perhaps due to mold in the corner of the bathroom. It was very nice to have a microwave and washing machine in the room, and the window could be opened so there was no stuffiness. There is a convenience store right next to the accommodation, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby, so there were plenty of places to go.※ A taxi from the accommodation to the airport's international terminal costs about 2,500 to 3,000 yen.

This is literally one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in (see pics). We chose this soley because of its in-room laundry and I understand it's a 3 star hotel, and that they do not have daily house keeping or a lot of amenities. That's totally fine with us but they need to clean between guests and also common area once in a while. Like some of the 'buried' reviews stated, the rooms are beyond dirty. Layer of dust on surfaces and vents, mold on the bathroom vents and sink, there are multiple stains on the floor and the lid of the trash can is sticky so you cant use it. Everytime you move around you can see dust flying around. Same for the common area, there are dirt and brown marks all over walls and elevators, as was in room.I'm not sure who would call this hotel modern or clean - the rooms haven't been renovated for properly 20 yrs except for the bathroom and laundry. Ceiling is so low and dark. 'Rain shower' head has stains all over, and our room had a weird food smell coming out of the sink or behind the fridge (even though there was no other room next to us on that side. All your clean laundry now smells like food. The hotel doesn't have central air in the room and uses individual AC unit from the 80s. The AC is blowing dust and wind right in your face even at the lowest setting - I got sick after a night here either from dirtiness or the wind, and nose is congested from dust whenever I'm in room. This is totally unacceptable on the cleanliness level, especially by Japanese standard. I've stayed in hostels cleaner than this. Worse, the official site is charging 54,000yen a night on avg for the larger room even with the early bird 28 days discount during our stay. That's way more expensive than even some Tokyo 4 or 5 star hotel like what is going on, I'd expect it at least to be clean. The only good thing is the staffs were fairly nice at check in (but at check-out they also claim they couldn't order us a taxi but there were tons just driving down the main street empty so we caught one in 5 min) and the in-room laundry does work.We initially had booked another Tokyu Stay so we can do laundry again later on our trip, but we've had to cancel it as I'd rather buy new shirts than deal with this again.  Not sure if this is a chain wide issue or location specific.

A hotel located right in the middle of Tenjin and Nakasu, with clean rooms and good for families.
