I was stunned by the coldness of the stewed beef tendon and the poor attitude of the staff.

Kusatsu Onsen tripWe had a luxurious hitsumabushi with Joshu beef and salmon roe for 3,600 yen, a lukewarm soup-wrapped egg for 680 yen, a stewed Joshu beef tendon for 780 yen, a local beer pale ale for 800 yen, and a pilsner for 800 yen.Hitsumabushi➡︎ Soft and elegant Joshu beef coated all over with sweet sauce. This alone is delicious, but when you top it off with the Japanese-style soup stock, your mouth will be filled with Joshu beef oil, leaving your mouth feeling refreshed.Dashi-wrapped egg ➡︎ Delicious egg roll made with plenty of salty soup stock. The fire is well set inside, so it might be a good idea to lower the heat a little.Stewed beef tendon ➡︎ This was the most delicious! The soy sauce soup barely keeps the creamy muscles intact. You should eat this!Accommodation capacity➡︎At first I thought that the inside of the store was spacious! There are about 6 seats at the counter and 67 seats at the table, so it can accommodate 20 people.Parking lot➡︎No.Barrier-free measures➡︎Not availablePayment➡︎Cashless, card, etc.Overall review➡︎It was delicious.I guess it's a new store, but the interior is clean and exudes a Japanese atmosphere, which goes well with the atmosphere of Kusatsu Onsen.I think it's good that there are no breaks during business hours. It was the only shop in Kusatsu Onsen Village!

The inn was just a short walk from Yubatake, and the service and room were great! The breakfast was very delicious, there was a bath in the room, and the welcome drink was great.I would definitely recommend staying in Kusatsu for the first time, as you can go around the hot spring fields, go home, take a bath, and then go out again!recommendation! !

I had the ramen. The taste is delicious, but the amount of garlic is not amazing.Be careful as the Okkiri miso also contains a dangerous amount. It contains vegetables cut into large pieces, but the green onions were too large and would have been easier to eat if they were smaller. However, 1,600 yen is expensive. The Joshu beef nigiri sushi is delicious. There is no problem at all with the bad customer service mentioned in other reviews. The store is also very beautiful. However, the amount of garlic was not enough.

I visited while I was waiting for the bus to return home. When I wanted to eat the famous Okikomi, I was drawn to the modern and stylish exterior and decided on it immediately. As it was raining, the restaurant was full and only one group was using the footbath terrace. There was no one waiting for the footbath terrace.I think it was a little before or after lunch, and there were only 1 group in front of us, and 4 or 5 groups in the back.I had decided on the menu while I was waiting, so I ordered immediately after entering.Okkikomi Miso (with garlic) 1,600 yenThis menu was served within 5 minutes of ordering, so there was almost no waiting time. The most important taste is the Kenchin soup with hand-stretched udon noodles and plenty of garlic. I think it's irresistible for people who like light flavors!I had imagined that the udon would be stewed and the flavor would soak in, so I couldn't help but feel that it was different from what I expected. It's healthy with plenty of vegetables, and the chewy, hand-stretched udon noodles are delicious. However, I personally think that this udon would be more delicious if it was simmered to allow the flavors to soak in.The minced garlic was also dispersed in the soup, and even though there was a large amount of it, you couldn't really feel the punch of garlic, so I guess it wasn't good.I think the price is quite aggressive for tourists! It feels like something is missing for 1600 yen udon.I can't help but feel that it was a little different from what I expected, and it became a memory of my first experience.
