It was a beautiful spot to take in the winter wonderland with a view. The hosts couldn't have been any nicer during our stay. They made us feel so welcome and helpful. The pension was very clean. I loved the sky cloud wallpaper on the ceiling, relaxing looking at it.We loved playing "I spy with my little eye" in the common room with so many cool things to look at while keeping us warm with their lovely wood burner. We didn't go for the breakfast option but did see it it from other guest and looked yummy and generous.Highly recommend to anyone that likes pension style accommodation and that have a vehicle as it is a 10 min drive to town or skifield.

Two girls in their 20s stayed here ^ ^I was scared after reading the reviews, but the staff and owner were very kind and even picked me up from the station in the heavy snow and drove me to the ski resort. My trip turned out to be full of things I'm grateful for. .The pension is spacious and has separate floors, with a common area where you can relax with a wood stove and TV, and an area with rooms for overnight stays. The cleaning was thorough and the room was clean. There seemed to be a lot of foreign guests, but we had no trouble and had a relaxing time.I thought the common area had a wonderful worldview with colorful wallpaper and ornaments. I was able to talk to the foreign staff at just the right distance, and I was able to relax after taking a bath🎵The breakfast is also very delicious and voluminous.Since there are no restaurants nearby, we recommend a plan that includes breakfast! The payment was the same as when I applied online. It was my first time staying at a pension, and I feel that meeting the people and staff that day will be one of my memories. It provides less privacy than a hotel, so I recommend it to people who think staying in a pension would be fun! !Thank you for your help for three days!

The front desk was not responsive. When I made the reservation, I said that I would not call to confirm duplicate reservations, but on the morning of the day I received a phone call to confirm.I asked for a cancellation, but if I don't ask, I might be charged a cancellation fee. Don't say it, I took it because of my mistake, but other people also said that there are people who take two rooms by themselves, but there is no need to take two rooms! Very unpleasant response.I asked for a twin room, but they only set up a single bed. They obviously didn't do anything as if to tell me not to use the other bed. There was no air conditioner in the room, so it was very hot and I couldn't sleep. I couldn't open the window unless I turned off the lights (because insects would get in). It was too hot with just a fan! !Not one bathroom is convenient to use!I don't even know if a hair dryer is installed, which is inconvenient. While I was serving a customer (while I was talking) the phone rang and I had to wait to answer the phone, which is more important? It was a hotel I never wanted to stay at again.

5 minutes by car from Furano Station. It is located on a small hill. I stayed at ``Highland Furano'' on a plan that included a bath ticket, and had dinner at a restaurant near Furano Station. Although accommodation rates were rising due to inbound tourists, we had no problems.

☆The worst pension with scammers☆[Circumstances] Obtained permission to let outsiders into the room → They offered to use the cafeteria instead of the room → After accepting the favor, they later threatened to pay 20,000 yen for the space → Pay【detail】In order to prepare for the photo wedding, I phoned in advance to confirm if I could have an outside makeup artist in the room the next morning after I stayed there, and was given permission to do so until check-out time.On the day of check-in, I informed them of this matter at the front desk and reconfirmed that it was okay.In the morning, we were told that the room was small and there were no other guests except us, so we could use a larger area like the dining room. I could have stayed in my room, but I was grateful for her kindness and rented a large space for about 2 hours to get my hair and makeup done.Thank you for completing everything by check-out time.Where will we be filming? I was sent off after having a short conversation with a female employee. At that time, I stopped the photo wedding photographer who had come to pick me up, and [without telling us, the hotel guests, we charged the photographer 20,000 yen for the venue! ! ]During that time, we were waiting in the car and wondered if it was taking a long time to be evacuated.``I haven't heard in advance that there will be preparations, and I'm not sure what will happen if I don't pay.'' Male owner? It seems that something like a threat was said to him.I finally realized this fact after I had finished taking all the photos.Well, it's a scam to say the least, right?I have permission. Moreover, I never heard anything beforehand saying that it would cost money to use this place. They have added a lot of dirt to my happy memories.Without this matter,There were no lights outside the pension, so if I walked in the dark without my smartphone's light, I might have gotten injured on the stairs. The room was decorated like a children's room from the Showa era and didn't even have an air conditioner. The only amenities available are toothbrushes,Insects may have come in through the screen door,There was only one bath and we had to wait for a while,The washbasin and toilet may also be shared,The walls were thin and I was woken up many times by the sounds of touring people leaving in the middle of the night, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The price is high for such an environment,I turned a blind eye to everything else, thinking that it was a pension in the countryside and that this was an experience, but I would never go there again.I'm sure he was very happy to have been robbed of 20,000 yen by attending a newlywed event. In another person's review, it was written that they were charged double the accommodation fee, so I can understand that these people would do something like that.Thank you very much for your excellent response.I hope to the stars that at least one person will choose not to stay here after reading this review.

I received a warning and was charged 20,000 yen as a preparation fee.Since there was a problem, I will write it separately from the accommodation evaluation. I will write it in chronological order as a flow.I wrote about accommodation before the problem occurred.・Photo shoot in Furano. Due to rain, we changed our schedule to a week later, so we made a reservation for 2 people on a travel website.Since I need to prepare, I need to rent a venue or negotiate with the pension, so I contacted the pension to confirm."It's small, but one person can stay in the room until the check-out time of 10am. There is no additional charge."Please plan to be ready from 8:00.・I checked in the day before and told the woman at the front desk again, ``Only one person will be here to prepare, so please come tomorrow.'' She said she understood and went to bed.・On the day of the event, the makeup artist came in at 8:00am, finished preparing and checked out around 9:50am.At that time, the cameraman was called by another man at the inn, but at this time there was nothing special and he went to take pictures.・After the shooting was over, when I was changing clothes for the last time, the studio staff charged me 20,000 yen for preparation fees.Did you tell me that? I was asked.I told them about the exchange and that I had received permission, but the man at the hostel said, ``I was suddenly told that day.'' ``I'd be in trouble if you did something like that.'' ``If you don't pay, I'll take appropriate action.'' It looks like it was damaged.Financial matters are handled by the people at the studio company. (Since you have already paid, please request a refund, etc.)I checked various prices, etc., but there was no mention of them on the website.I was sitting next to them listening when the other party responded to the accommodation, so I was sure they had permission, and I had told the front desk the day before, so it didn't make sense to me.There was a woman at the front desk and a man who charged the bill, so perhaps there was no communication between them in the first place. Even so, it would be no good unless you told them up front that it would cost money, and it would be cowardly to tell the studio.I think I should have communicated in more detail via email, and should have persistently checked to see if there would be any additional charges. (I don't want to be too persistent about the latter.)However, even if there is a preparation fee, 20,000 yen is too expensive.(Accommodation cost was about 15,000 yen for two people.)Some other pensions, such as community centers, will accommodate you. (Paid and free, each does not cost 20,000 yen)I've written a long post, but I'll write it down so you don't run into the same trouble. The hotel itself isThere was no sense of unity, and a strange, meaningless space was spreading out. It's like coming to stay at a relative's house and staying in a room with no air conditioning or anything. And when the laundry or water runs, the sound echoes throughout the inn.The staff at the inn made the TV sound loud until night. The bed was as hard as a mattress, the environment, the view, the convenience, the price, the number of insects, etc. Overall, I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel a second time.A group of men and women also came, but I think it's a strange atmosphere when they come here.
