This is really serious for the villa manager. I booked here for 30 days, on the first day of check-in the villa was different from the one in the photo, I was told to transit to another villa because the villa I wanted to stay in was filled with other guests. On the last day of checkout, they were actually thrown out (transferred to another villa which was much worse and not taken care of) even though there was 1 day left. AT THE EXIT PORTAL, MY CAR WAS CRASHED BY A HOUSE KEEPING!!!!!! DO NOT WANT 100% COMPENSATION WITH THE REASON THAT THE CRASH HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 2 DAYS. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! DURING THE STAY THE RESPONSE TO KEEP THE VILLA IS ALSO SLOW! SEVERAL TIMES FILL IN THE TOKEN YOURSELF BECAUSE THOSE WHO WERE SLOW ARE TOLD TO REFILL THE TOKEN.
