ing that ruined my trip. I was locked out for two days and couldn’t access ANY of my clothes or toiletries, but they couldn’t care less. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. They have no sense or urgency and do not care about their customers. I was stuck outside the building at 1am as a solo woman in a whole other country and they did not care! Two days later they message me to state that there was a key I could use to enter the building. They had a spare key the whole time!!! They just didn’t care enough to give it to me to access my things. After they gave me the spare key, they proceeded to kick mw out, stating they couldn’t accommodate me anymore. Like who does that? It was so abrupt and they gave me no time to even book an alternative destination. Ridiculously unprofessional!! THEY THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $350 to replace a damn plastic key card and refused to refund me for the rest of the days I was kicked out for. They are the WORST company to do business with. Save yourself the heartache. They literally do not care if you died.

Location very close to Akasaka Mitsuke station, many shops nearbyThe apartment is quite large for Japanese standards, ok for 2 people.I recommend it because unlike all the hotels that offer you the usual 13m2 room, here you have almost 40m2 divided between the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom complete with built-in wardrobe

There are many restaurants nearby, but I was satisfied with the accommodation in a fairly quiet place, and there was a convenience store nearby, so I used it a lot.I was satisfied with the interior of the accommodation, and although it was winter, it was nice that the heating worked well.
