An alley in Nozawa Onsen town. It's a little hard to understand, but anyway, young couple. . Very kind and refreshing. They informed me of the weather conditions early on and told me that it might snow, so I hurriedly changed to snow tires. The food, such as Vietnamese salad, made me think it was in Yoyogi Park, not Nozawa Onsen. .Even young people should come to the Minshuku Lantern Shop, where they can get away from the image of hot springs.

Especially for dinner, the young master served a variety of original dishes made mainly from local vegetables, all of which were extremely delicious.Eating out at Nozawa Onsen won't make you feel at home, so we highly recommend an accommodation plan that includes meals.The advance salad shown in the photo had an original dressing that brought out the sweetness of the vegetables, and the Nozawa Koshihikari rice was delicious.Also, the zaru soba (700 yen), which I ordered separately, had a strong soba flavor and was much better than the famous soba restaurant at Togakushi Shrine that I stopped by on my way home.However, there was more than enough volume for dinner, so we could barely eat one serving of soba for two people.Although the building is old, it was well-maintained, the tatami mats were new, and the bath, although not a hot spring, was clean.I would definitely use it again.

My son and I, who are elementary school students, stayed here with meals included. The bathhouse was divided into men's and women's baths depending on the time of day, but since there were no other female customers, I was told that I could enter with my son. Kindness!The food was delicious, and the couple, mother, and children had a very homely atmosphere.

[Lantern shop]This is my regular stay at Nozawa Onsen and the one with the highest satisfaction rating!Located in the center of Nozawa Onsen, where you can enjoy outdoor baths and drinking while walking.It's great to have an inn with a sommelier 🍷 The food is mainly locally sourced and will fill your stomach with delicious dishes that go well with the wine.They are particularly particular about natural wines, and will serve you something that matches the cuisine of the day.This is an inn that will always make you want to come back again with its homely atmosphere and hospitality.Secretly, the handmade soba noodles made by the landlady are also exquisite 🤫#Nozawaonsen#Nozawa Onsen Gourmet#Tokyo#Sommelier#Natural wine@chochin_ya

The location is conveniently located on a side street in the center. A kotatsu is a nice addition to a Japanese-style room. He also gave me a souvenir.The smell of disinfectant that filled the room bothered me until I left. The indoor bath uses tap water, but there are many outdoor baths nearby.I looked at the website and was looking forward to seeing the image of hot spring manju and the Japanese atmosphere of handmade soba noodles, but instead of the hot spring manju, I was served Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee, which was a bit disappointing.Unfortunately, they don't serve soba during the busy winter season.The walls of the room were thin and I could hear the opening and closing of the room next door and children's voices.However, I was able to put it in when the others were occupied, so I was saved.

I used it on a solo trip.The bath at the inn is not a hot spring. Although it is stated on the inn's website, it was a hassle to go outside to take a bath after dinner.The food is delicious, but why this dish? (Fried horse mackerel for breakfast) I sometimes think...The room was clean.It's nice to have a kotatsu in the winter.

Nozawa Onsen debutI made a reservation here based on various reviews.Correct ⭕The meal was really satisfying!Taste, volume, service.I thoroughly enjoyed the owner's dedication.(Although the dining room was a bit cold)The room is a Japanese-style room, kotatsu, and TV.Tea etc. can be provided in a pot if you request. You can also borrow glasses.I thoroughly enjoyed the ski resort and hot springs!

This place far exceeded my expectations. The rooms have adjustable lighting so that you can make the light warmer in the evening and cooler during the day. It really does wonders for the coziness of the room. Plus the kotatsu (heated table) adds a nice touch of comfort as well. Best of all, they have a sommelier on board that specializes in natural wine and you can order wine to the room! Definitely recommended!

Very central location, close to all the bars and restaurants, affordable and cozy. We spent Xmas in our rooms eating peanuts and drinking champagne. When we checked in there was 1 fish in a small fishtank at the reception, but we woke up the next day to the fish floating on its back. RIP medaka. Breakfast is good.

In the near future, it will be difficult to make reservations for this accommodation. This is an inn that makes you think so.A young couple participates in the management. Please ignore past posts.It's comfortable! There is no guesthouse like this.Definitely includes food. It was a wonderful menu using local ingredients.It's great to drink wine after dinner and enjoy the cool evening breeze. The sommelier's commitment is amazing.Breakfast is also carefully prepared.I don't like coffee served at hotels, but even the coffee was delicious.
