Shiriyaki Onsen is a rare place in Japan where the river itself is an open-air bath. This is a hidden hot spring inn in Oku Joshu where you can fully enjoy nature. There's nothing better than having a glass of local sake while looking at the star-filled sky.

Day trip hot spring 500 yen.4 washing areas, no open-air bath.The hot water was very nice.The atmosphere of a long-established inn is very nice.

It's not a new hotel by any means, but it was clean and I had a comfortable stay🎵The food is good. The dishes made with local mountain produce are delicious and plentiful, filling you up. The hotel was very responsive and I would like to go there again❗

I visited with my family of four! (9 years old, 5 years old)I was worried about the snow, so I had to call to make a reservation, but they were kind enough to accommodate me.Also, the rice was very delicious and voluminous! (Tempura, stew, salt-grilled char shrimp gratin, three types of sashimi, rice, dessert, etc.)I regretted eating and walking around Yubatake. .They even provided a children's set for my 5 year old! (It was hearty and the dessert was ice cream)The person who made the food and the female employee were also very kind!I made a mistake and forgot my makeup remover, Mr. Landlady? When I asked them, they kindly let me borrow it! Thank you very much! There are not many amenities provided, so women must bring their own! The kids had a lot of fun in the river bath too! (Be careful as there is a lot of moss) I would definitely like to stay here again! thank you very much!
