I visited here on my first family trip. When I was lining up to check in, I almost pasted a sign at the reception desk. From what time to what time will it be unavailable for interviews? Since we know in advance about TV interviews, could you let us know in advance? I couldn't use the lobby or children's play area because there was a crew member there. I asked for a futon for my child, but they didn't have one, and when I asked at the reception desk, they said, "Didn't you look at your daughter and decide you didn't need a staff member? I understand that you need one for us, but..." I'm speechless now. It was the hotel that asked on the website if it was necessary, right? I think they're overpaying by offering children's tickets free of charge, but since it was my first trip, I wanted to use the facilities as usual since it was the same price as everyone else. There were a lot of hairs in the bathtub in the room, and the cleaning was a bit poor, but the room was spacious and clean. The woman who served the meal was a very nice person who had a very cheerful and friendly conversation. I met him in front of the elevator on the way home, and he seemed very nice. Thank you very much for your customer service.

I used it on a family trip with an infant. The first floor had been recently renovated, so it was a very clean and stylish space. There was a self-serve coffee corner, stylish counter seats, and a children's play area next to it, which was great for families with children. The public bath was beautiful and the hot springs were great. The quality of the springs in Kusatsu is really good. I felt a smoothness on my skin that I had never felt before...!There was a clean crib in the women's bath so the baby was safe. (Not in the men's bath)The plumbing in the room felt a little dated. The staff were very kind and the accommodation had a great atmosphere. You can walk to Yubatake from the hotel. I was able to push my stroller and walk at night. They also gave out fireworks for the children, and we were able to experience fireworks for the first time! It was a wonderful memory.

Even within Kusatsu Onsen, I think this is a reasonably priced and cost-effective accommodation. Both the food and the hot springs were of a higher standard, and the customer service was especially great. There seem to be only about 30 guest rooms, so I was able to enjoy it quietly. It was also helpful that they picked me up at the bus terminal.Thank you very much 😊

The building itself is certainly old. However, the tatami mats in the renovated Japanese-style rooms were clean, and the shared toilets on each floor (we were on the third floor) were clean.Better than the toilet in the room! All the accommodations in Kusatsu Onsen are expensive and will exceed your budget, but this one is not that expensive. The price for one night and two meals is reasonable. The hotel staff were also nice. There is a short walk to Yubatake, but it is a nice walk. It's perfect for wandering around,
