The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The hostel was also nice. Wi-Fi is available in both the room and the restaurant. The radio wave conditions were good and I was able to use it without any problems. If I was going to stay in Yahiko, I thought it would be best to get a room with a view of the torii gate, so I made a reservation over the phone and got a room facing the shrine. Although it was a little difficult to see because the tree near the window was blocking the view, the red torii gate visible through the lush leaves was fantastic and wonderful.Breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant on the 1st floor. It was a great seat with a good view of the torii. The seasoning was elegant and delicious, and the amount was just right for me. (This is a plan with 8 dishes and 11,000 yen excluding tax. It may not be enough for those who want to eat a lot.)The bathroom had four washing areas, separated by gender, and the shower was new and easy to use. There was a conditioner shampoo and body soap in the bathroom, and the women's changing room had two hair dryers, a shower cap, and a reusable hair brush. Although the bathtub was not very large and had a faint chlorine smell, the simple alkaline hot spring effect left my skin smooth and smooth. There was only one other guest besides us, so we took a bath several times, but it was always private. When you opened the window wide, it felt like a semi-open-air bath, which was very comfortable. The next morning, we participated in the Oninku Festival at Yahiko Shrine. I returned to the hotel feeling very refreshed and the breakfast I had was delicious. The white, glossy rice was delicious, so I asked for a second helping.Because the trains at Yahiko Station are infrequent, we had breakfast around 7:20, checked out after 8:00, walked to the station, and boarded the 8:20 train. If I had more time on the train, I would have liked to spend it a little more slowly. It was a very nice inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Yahiko again.

An inn and restaurant located right in front of Yahiko Shrine's first torii gate.GW in April 2024Used for lunch after visiting a shrineFirst, you purchase a meal ticket to enter the store, then you are guided to your seat, hand over the meal ticket, and then go to get water yourself.Take a seat and admire the beauty of the garden ✨It was hot outside, so the slippery soba noodles were delicious!

I stayed here for one night after visiting the cherry blossoms at the Takada Castle ruins. This inn opened about 25 years ago.I used it often when my family came to the beach for 3 or 4 years. It's nostalgic. At the inn in front of Yahiko Shrine.

This is a restaurant attached to the Shimizu-ya Ryokan. There aren't many menu items. There was a tatami room and a table seat, and the tatami room also had mini chairs for children. I think the food is reasonably priced for a tourist spot. As written, the udon took time. The soba had a regular mentsuyu flavor, and the udon had a white soup flavor. Thank you for the feast.
