It feels like a historical hotel. The room is large and there is a small living room, but it is a bit far away from the lobby. The meals for dinner and breakfast are rich and delicious. The hot spring is Onigashima Onsen. The color of the spring water is brown and tasteless. It is very comfortable to soak in. The service staff is friendly.

The environment is really great, but the quality of the bed is not good. It is soft and saggy. You can feel the things inside when you lie on it. It really needs to be updated. In terms of food, the freshly fried beef is very delicious, and the Hanazhi nigiri sushi is delicious. smell

Travel agency arranges check-inThe room is super big. There are three doors to open when you open the door. The bathroom, toilet and room are all very spacious. There is even a bar table in the kitchen in the L-shaped room (there is no gas stove but there is a faucet for easy filling of water)The buffet-style meals are delicious, and there is chazuke rice for snacking in the evening. The shop is small but sells limited-area souvenirs.

The service was good and everyone was polite. In the evening, we had a two-star French restaurant, and it was very delicious.Although it is quite far from the center of Karuizawa, it was quiet and there were few people, so it felt like a villa. The building has a Showa feel, and some parts have a smell reminiscent of a training camp lolThe inside of the room was generally clean, but the walls in the hallway were dented, giving it a historical feel...However, I think this is an exceptionally cheap plan that allows you to take a hot spring bath in your room. The hot spring felt so good!

The guest room has an open-air bath. The open-air bath was large and had a nice open feel, but the jacuzzi was broken, so I was disappointed. Maybe it's because the room comes with an open-air bath, but it's a little small, but I think it's spacious enough. The location is good if you are traveling with children as Toy Kingdom is nearby. The food is honestly 1 star level. It tastes almost like a retort, so I don't think I'll be buying it again. Since the venue is small, the number of items is small. Doria is the only decent one.

Every time we pass each other or see each other, the staff greets us with a smile, which makes us feel very comfortable. There were many overseas staff working there, but they were all fluent in Japanese, full of service spirit, and pleasant. The rooms are luxuriously spacious for a family of three, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.The open space in the courtyard was pleasant, and drinking coffee while looking at the sky was the best. However, the hotel is deep in the mountains, so please be careful if you are going without a car. Become a migrant refugee. When I go sightseeing in the area, I request a pick-up from one of the taxi companies posted at the front desk of the hotel (I think there were about 3 or 4 companies listed), but I told them on the phone that the location was 1130. At that moment, the taxi company immediately replied, "Oh, that's not possible." . The second company also refused...I was finally able to pick up and drop off with the third company, but I thought it could not be helped because it was deep in the mountains, but I also felt that the location was inconvenient for using the nearby Toy Kingdom etc.You can use the hotel's shuttle bus from the hotel to the station, so it's perfect if you're planning on going to the outlet.
