Easy access, less than 10 minutes walk from Nagaoka Station. It's a normal capsule hotel, but there's only one TV in the common area. There is 1 USB-B socket and 1 AC 100V socket by the bedside, and free Wi-Fi is also available. There is no bathtub in the bathroom, only a shower. The sign outside says that the shower fee is 500 yen, but this is for day-use (rest) guests, and hotel guests can use it at no additional charge. The only free toiletries are a hair dryer, a foot mat for the shower, and a paper cup for gargling; everything else must be provided by yourself or for a fee. The air conditioning in the private room couldn't be adjusted, so it was a little hot. The lockers are next to the capsules, so you don't have to go to a different floor like you would at a regular capsule hotel, which is convenient. If you're just staying overnight without meals, it's probably all you need.

A capsule hotel near Nagaoka Station. There weren't many accommodations in Nagaoka that could be booked online, so I booked this one because it was cheaper. However, there are many business hotels that accept reservations on the same day after arriving at the site, so you don't have to go online and there are many places in front of the station that are cheaper. The front desk is on the second floor, and the women's section is on the second floor. For men, take the elevator on the 5th floor, open the door with your card key, enter the lounge, put your feet on your feet, and go to each room in slippers. The room, or rather the bed, is box-shaped so that no one else's bed is directly above me. The locker is located next to the bed and has a lock, so it is easy to use and safe. There are 4 shared shower rooms and about 10 toilets, so it won't be crowded and you won't be able to use them. There is also one laundry room. There are about 5 washrooms, each with a hair dryer. Toothbrushes, razors, towels, and bedding are all available for a fee, so I brought disposable ones that I had at home. Disposable earplugs are available at the front desk and lounge, so it's a good idea to bring them with you. This was helpful because I don't want to be woken up by other people's snoring in the middle of the night. There is a 100V power supply and USB port in the bed, so you can easily charge electronic devices. I made a reservation because it was 3,000 yen, but the signboard of a business hotel I found while walking there said it was 3,500 yen, so I'm honestly not sure which one was correct. It was nice that all the equipment was new.

2500 yen with student discount is too much value (student ID required)Bath towels can be rented for 100 yen. There are separate floors for women and men (the women's floor was on the second floor where the front desk was).My bed happened to be near the door to the toilet and changing room, so I was a little worried about the noise, but since there weren't many guests staying and everyone seemed to be considerate, it didn't really affect my sleep. There wasn't.It was helpful to receive ear plugs for free. The shower room was also spacious, clean, and easy to use. The shampoo and treatments were also quite nice.Hair dryers and paper cups are also permanently installed.I would like to use it again if I come to Nagaoka again.

I stayed for two consecutive days on weekdays. There were only about 3 people there, including me, so the noise didn't bother me much.It was beautiful anyway.I couldn't stand up on the bed, but I was able to sit down without hitting my head and it was comfortable. However, cleaning such as bed making starts around 9:30 am, so there will be some noise. The staff didn't talk to me other than giving instructions, so I wasn't concerned. If you are staying for a consecutive night, you may stay in bed while the bed is being made. The price was low and the location was beautiful, so I would like to use it again.
