Room windows do not open. The young woman at the front desk is unfriendly. The other elderly woman at the front desk was very kind. The location is also difficult to find. A training camp place.

Are your towels and bath towels half-dried? The water smelled so bad that I didn't feel like using it until I dried it myself. The refrigerator also smells too bad. It smelled incomprehensible. The room was nice because the unit bath didn't overwhelm the floor plan and there was plenty of room. That's about the only good thing about it.I might say it's worth the price, but it's a bit terrible. Especially the towels.I won't choose the same destination for my next business trip unless another spot is filled.

I have stayed at many places on business trips, but I felt this was the lowest quality hotel among them.I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and first of all, the customer service was at the lowest level. Some of the employees (a petite woman in her 30s or 40s with a round face and partial blonde hair who wears glasses) seem to not think of the customers as customers, and she keeps looking at them in a provocative manner that irritates me. My plan included meals, but from the middle of my stay, I didn't even want to see the woman's face, so I ate outside.(The employees other than this woman were kind and pleasant.)And this hotel is generally unsanitary. If you are planning to stay overnight, please take a look under the bed. In the room I stayed in, there were crumpled tissues and plastic bottle caps lying around under the bed that I didn't know who belonged to.Furthermore, during my stay, I saw people cleaning other rooms several times after they checked out, but I didn't see them changing the futons. The comforter was not wrapped in a sheet, but just one sheet, so if the sheet came off, I would have to sleep on the futon without knowing who had slept on it, which made me feel uncomfortable. The laundry corner has an indescribable strong smell of mold and detergent. This laundry corner is attached to the restaurant where you eat, and if someone comes in and out of the laundry corner while you are eating, the smell will spread and you will lose your appetite. It's a dish that is served with a meal plan, but when the aforementioned 40-something, petite, round-faced woman with glasses is in charge, it's a disappointment. It was tasteless and not edible. It was delicious except for that woman.I wrote this at length, but to summarize, it was a frustrating hotel with unsanitary conditions and bad food.I will never use it again.By the way, during the Nagaoka fireworks season, a single room costs 44,000 yen. It's too much of a rip-off!

The check-in time was 16:00-20:45, but when I informed them over the phone that I would be arriving late, they said, ``The front desk will be closed at night. We will unlock your room and leave the key inside, so you can check in the next morning.'' Please pay the bill.'' They informed me of the room number. I paid in advance on a travel website and was able to stay safely. The parking lot is narrow near the entrance, but there are large parking spaces on the left and right in the back. The room I stayed in was compact, but had all the necessary functions. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store 200 meters from the hotel. The large supermarket "Harashin Nippou Store" is 1.7 km from the hotel and is open from 7:00 to 24:00, so it is convenient for shopping when you check in late. One thing that bothered me was that there was no bath mat (towel) in the unit bath, so the area in front of the sink got wet. When I informed them of this at check-out, they said that they did not provide bath mats.

This was my first time staying here for work, and although the building is old, I don't feel inconvenienced. The air conditioner is a boiler type, so you can't control the temperature.Breakfast is included for free, and there is also dinner, which is unusual for hotels, although there is a charge. So I don't have to worry about meals, which is very helpful. The staff at the hotel were all very kind, courteous, and made our stay comfortable. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

At first glance, you'd think it was a company building, and the building is quite old. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so it would be safer to do some shopping before heading there. Although the room is old, it is exquisitely arranged and has a very open feel, with plenty of space to spread out your personal suitcase, which is a plus point. The TV was a small one, but I had no problems with wifi and the number of outlets, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. The problem is the free breakfast. In addition to rice, there was instant miso soup, natto, raw eggs, seaweed, and furikake. There are no side dishes at all. Although it was free, I booked the plan that included breakfast, so this was quite disappointing. I think it would be a good idea to provide a little more content, or to lower the price by just staying overnight.

The good thing is that it's reasonably priced and the breakfast includes side dishes that go well with rice. The taste of the side dishes is average. The downside is that the building is old and the location is inconvenient for walking. The heating has three levels of adjustment, and it seems to work differently depending on the room, but the room I stayed in was hot even on the LOW setting. There is Wi-Fi, but the signal does not reach rooms far from the elevator.

Overall, the rooms are old and have a Showa era feel.I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room (commonly shared by each floor) and that the toilet did not have a washer. At first I couldn't find the air conditioner switch and thought it was a no-brainer for a moment, but when I looked closely at the bedside console with a Showa feel, I saw the switch.I basically only use it when I'm on a business trip, so I just need to be able to sleep and use the bath, so it's not a problem.I had a plan that included breakfast, but it felt like a dormitory with meals provided.I think it's best not to expect too much from the content. What is surprising is that smoking is allowed in both modern rooms and the lobby. There is also a cigarette vending machine in the lobby, and Taspo cards are also hanging in the vending machine.I'm a smoker around here, so I'm glad.A rare inn in a sense.

To be honest, it was ``It's very clean, but the design is very Showa-era business hotel.''The reason why ☆ is not 5 is・There is only a shared refrigerator on each floor.・The room smells like resin.is.The employees are all very kind, and they also offer free breakfast, although I didn't try it, and dinner, which I think costs a fee.Convenience stores and supermarkets are a short walk away.I think it's a good hotel if you plan on staying overnight without meals.
