The hotel is located just beside the river. The natural scenery of River, Mountains and Cloud can be enjoyed altogether.During my stay I enjoyed their buffet Breakfast with the serenity of nature outside of the window. Moreover, their Onsen is very excellent. Limiting the number of people in to the onsen has also a positive impact and you will be bored by too much gathering. There is an open air Sauna. This can be enjoyed by seeing the flow of river water as well as clouds in the mountain. The experience was just amazing.

I was worried because there were negative comments in the reviews, but there was nothing like that and I had a comfortable stay. (Stayed on September 22, 2024)The large communal bath was also warm and comfortable.Although I stayed without meals, there were several restaurants nearby for dinner, so I was able to choose depending on how hungry I was that day.If I have a chance, I will use them again.

There are no particular complaints regarding the basic facilities. However, I was having trouble connecting to Wifi.I had an iPhone 15, and it was quite stressful because it sometimes connected and sometimes didn't.Speaking of details, there was no bucket in the public bath to throw away towels, so it was a hassle to have to take them back to the room.

The hotel itself was clean and nice, but the hotel staff's behavior was scary. Everyone looked and acted like a yakuza. As others have said, the skinheads were terrible.

A simple but fulfilling hotel. You can choose the amenities you need and bring them with you. Only breakfast is served. Because of the location, you can enjoy delicious Koshihikari rice grown in Uonuma. It's not served at night, but there are quite a few places to eat nearby. There is also a convenience store within walking distance. Take a breather along the river while admiring the mountains and river. The bath is a hot spring. We had to extend our stay at short notice, but they were able to accommodate us flexibly.
