What makes it unique is that it has a large number of auto sites on a huge site area of 300,000 tsubo.Even Headquarters, which has expanded its premises, is 150,000 tsubo, so it is probably the best in the prefecture.I get the impression that about half of the sites are empty even during the high season (Bon Festival).Because of the high altitude, the temperature can drop slightly even in midsummer.Although it is a plateau, there are many trees, so I get the impression that there are many insects. The store had a wide selection of products, including MUJI products. (image)By the way, all of the current toilets are clean, but they only use water. (As of R6.8/10, one building at site B was under construction)

It's a little hot in the summer, but it can't be helped. The coin shower is above average for a campground in this price range. If I had the desire, I would be happy if there was a hot spring nearby.Sites near the water are said to have gnats, so be careful there. The campsite is quite large, so be sure to bring your cell phone with enough charge to avoid getting lost in the campsite.

A little off the beaten path but a nice location. Service is great. Lots of sites to choose from. The facilities are showing their age though - you can smell the bathrooms from a long ways away. Also more expensive than your average campground.

I made a reservation for Site A, which is said to be for beginners. It was helpful to be able to borrow various camping equipment. There are also plenty of leisure activities such as trout fishing. There were also toilets and a kitchen, so even first-timers could enjoy camping!

Many of the sites are uneven, but they are relatively empty, so you can camp at your leisure. Unfortunately, the reservation method and prices have changed.
