I was satisfied with everything: the location of the inn, the reception lobby, the room, the view, the experience class, but most of all, the staff were all friendly, smiling and really helpful, and the food was delicious!My child was quickly and accurately helped with a problem, which made me feel at ease as a parent. Thank you very much for your help regarding my son 🙇♂️If I can make a reservation this winter, I will definitely come stay again ⛄️

My family of four stayed here for one night on a weekday Friday.I was able to stay there cheaply because I had discounts from the Automobile Health Association and Hokuriku support.Things I likedThe forest in the back was a relaxing spot and I took a walk there several times. There were also animals (a small bear and a raccoon dog, I couldn't see them very well).There is Echigo beer in the automatic rice plate machine.Table tennis is set up.Free massage chair.Tea and sweets in the room.Things I would like to improveI thought the amount of dinner was small. I'm a big eater, so maybe it's just me.Unnecessarily wide. Although there is a lounge and bar, there is only coffee and tea, making it feel empty and lonely. I think it will be crowded if we do an all-inclusive jib or a bar at night. I wish the large space could be used more effectively.I slept on a futon, but I should have put two layers on top of each other. In the morning, my back was a mess.

If you're a resident of Edogawa Ward, it's a loss if you don't use it!Good facilities, food, and bathroomsSki equipment rental and transportation to ski resorts also available.There is only one Wi-Fi service in the building, but the internet connection is very unstable.I think that periodically restarting the router will probably solve the problem. .
