I visited in June 2024. First of all, the good thing about this place is that there is a free shuttle to Disneyland! You can make a reservation by telling us when you check in! And you can eat breakfast in the morning, and it's quite delicious. Especially the egg rolls... they're really delicious! And the room seemed a bit old, but the bed was okay, and there was a subway road next to it, so you could watch the subway go by through the window. However, the sound of the subway is also quite loud..! Highly recommended for anyone thinking of going to Disneyland or Disney Sea!!

The transfer they provide to Disneyland was very useful, I wasn't expecting the service so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was always very friendly and the location was very good, there were several restaurants nearby and the station too so it was very easy to get around. The room I booked had a strong smell of cigarettes, I can say that it was my fault for not realizing that it was for smokers and in Japan they really smoke inside and not outside which is not common in my country. So being on that floor made me have to put up with one of the smells that I hate the most, even though I told them they couldn't do anything about it, in the room there were deodorants for the smell but they were of no use, it was quite uncomfortable for me.The breakfasts are only designed for Japanese, I think the hotel is not adapted for foreigners, in addition to not having any Western options, the staff did not speak any English.

Stay overnight as you move from site to site. I've stayed in Nishikasai many times in the past, so I don't have any problems with the city. This was my first time at Toyoko Inn. Since I was leaving early in the morning, I was lucky to be able to use the hotel's parking lot. At 2000 yen per night, it's a little more expensive than coin parking. However, recently, coin parking prices have been increasing, so I prefer hotel parking for convenience rather than money. The 1-night free ticket you get when you stay for 10 nights is subject to change in price, or you may not receive a receipt, which is disappointing for users. Therefore, there is no longer a need for a Toyoko Inn hotel. I think so. Breakfast is free, but it's not an environment where you can eat leisurely, so you can't really use it. Isn't it more valuable to be able to rest your body and eat breakfast slowly? When I think about it, I feel like it would be better to go to a route inn or a super hotel. Especially for those traveling by car. If you are traveling by train, it might be better to stay at Toyoko Inn near the station.★Note★This is just my personal opinion, and it is not my impression of Toyoko Inn in Nishikasai. This is my overall impression of Toyoko Inn.At the Toyoko Inn Nishikasai that I used this time, the staff were courteous from answering the phone to providing parking information, check-in was smooth, and the front desk was clean, so I have no complaints.

I stayed there because it was a good deal and had good reviews, but it turned out to be a very inconvenient stay. It may be okay because it's cheap, but is it as good as the reviews say? ? ?As I will explain later, this place is not barrier-free at all, so people using wheelchairs should be careful here.First of all, I knew there were amenities at the front desk, but there were signs for lotion, cream, etc., but there was no mention of toothbrushes, so I thought they were in the room, but they weren't. .In the end, I changed my clothes and went back to the front desk.Next, I don't know the Wi-Fi password. When I called the front desk, they said it was displayed on the TV. However, the TV in this room was broken and wouldn't turn on.I reuse my slippers and don't have pajamas. The rooms are old, and although they are kept fairly clean, they are not that clean.Hair in the bathroom and washroom. The sound of the train is quite loud, and even at night I can hear loud sounds. You can also hear some noise from the hallway.Regarding wheelchairs,First, I couldn't climb up to the grounds on my own in a wheelchair. The steps are large and there is no slope. This may be impossible depending on the level of your disability, as you will have to get off your wheelchair and lift it up over the steps.Second, you cannot reach the self-check-in machine in a wheelchair. I can't even reach the elevator button, and if I stand and press it, then sit and try to get into the elevator, it closes. It's old and will close soon. I was a bit confused. There were three people at the front desk, but they didn't say anything to me.By the way, the buses to Disney are only for people who can load their wheelchairs onto the buses themselves. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we made various inquiries over the phone, which was just as the reviews said.
