Very satisfied with my stay in this hostel. The room was clean, small but functional.Very good location with access to the Ginza Line less than 10 minutes on foot.And finally the reception staff are really friendly.

This felt more like a hotel than a hostel. We had our own room with a bathroom. The room was definitely small but it was to be expected. The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

The super friendly staff Kira welcomed us and helped us a lotThe neighborhood where it is located couldn't be quieter, close to everything but far from the crowd.Has a smoking areaThe bathrooms were wonderful, the water pressure was excellent, there was separationThere is a common area with microwaves washing machines refrigerators and hygiene thingsThe rooms are small but that's everywhere in Japan!!

Neat little hostel in a quiet part of Asakusa. A short walk is required to get to the nearest subway station. Rooms are clean, and well-presented.The staff is incredibly helpful.Special thanks to Sachi, who could not have been more helpful in my struggle to find information about my luggage transfer.Will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at &AND HOSTEL ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI. Overall, the hostel is decent. The staff is very friendly, and the location is great, with easy access to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, making it convenient to reach the city center or transfer to other lines. However, there are some downsides. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, so it's hard to speak loudly without disturbing others. The rooms are also very small and cramped. Additionally, the hostel does not provide toiletries in the rooms; you have to pick them up at the reception, which is inconvenient. There’s also no daily room cleaning service, so getting the trash cans in the room emptied can be a bit of a hassle.

Went there half a year ago. The location is good and the price is affordable. Although the room is a bit small, it fits the price range. The guy at the front desk speaks English. The disadvantage is that it is not allowed to be deposited.

Very small rooms, but nothing is missing. Small but nice toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available,As well as earplugs, razor blades and a toothbrush.The staff was very friendly, but we were not very lucky with the service. We had booked a room for 4, they then wrote back to us a few days later that we would have 2 rooms and we replied that it was fine as long as they were close together. But upon our arrival we discovered that they were on different floors (one room on the 5th floor, the other on the 6th floor).They also charged our credit card twice for the room, but luckily we noticed right away and they gave us our money back.There is also a common area where you can cook and eat.There is also a washing machine.

Comfortable beds, quite small but very good room. Very well located hotel! Only 10/15 minutes walk from Asakusa Shrine and 5 minutes walk from the lively shopping streets. The metro is also a 2/3 min walk away :)Very welcoming, quiet hotel and the street where it is located is just as quiet and very pretty.Great place to stay!

I had a comfortable stay. The bed was nice. Shower/bathroom is pretty small, but the entire room is pretty small. On par with other hotels and private rooms in hostels in Tokyo. I saw signage and other people mention the walls being thin, but other than occasionally hearing people out in the hallway I found it to be fairly quiet. Everything in the kitchen you might need was available as well as coin laundry. The staff was very kind. Location was good.

Very young English speaking receptionist, friendly and helpful. The room is small but it's enough for 2 persons, clean and comfortable.
