Breakfast is set, and all you have to do is order some miso yourself. It's a small hotel, but it's tidy.

The room was clean and the food was very delicious. However, the staff member wore a black polo shirt.People with their hair tied back felt unclean and uncomfortable. She brought me food for dinner, but did she take a bath?It stinksI'm sorry for making you uncomfortable.I left almost nothing to eat. This is not possible in customer service work.Maybe you should cut your hair tooDue to work, I will be staying at a hotel in Hokkaido. It was the first time I felt so uncomfortable. If it weren't for this issue, I would give it 4 stars.

While I was on a business trip, I had to work night shift so I cleaned the room → Then I happened to wake up and saw the person outside the room → The person cleaning the room → I asked if I could clean the room → I asked if I could clean the room → I waited on the first floor → The cleaning was finished. He came to call me and was a very kind person.I like the front desk. When I look at your face, before you say your room number,They'll give you the room key. Maybe it's just a coincidence lolI like my current roommy lucky colorLooks like pinkthis wallpaperI like it no matter what...Finally sheI wonder if I can do it lol…By the way, next to the hotelThat famous "Hasegawa Mart"there is.5 minutes walk from "Seico Mart"There was a place where you could buy ``JRA'' horse racing in just 5 minutes by car.5 minutes by car "Lucky Pierrot"There is ♪such a place

This is purely a comment about the inn itself. It's well kept and beautiful. Dinner is delicious, and I bring a can of Chu-Hi with me every time I eat it.This is a story that has nothing to do with the hotel, but there are many people who work in the field among the guests. There are people among them who have no moral manners. The bathhouse is not used properly, the washing machine is kept running, it is noisy, etc. This is an additional edit. There were many customers as mentioned above, but when the washing machine was finished, there was one person who tried to open it even though they had waited several minutes. What's more, he's an idiot who intimidates you with his arrogant attitude. I've started to see loud conversations in the hallways, people making loud noises, and customers with no decency at all.The accommodation is fine, but if I end up with all these kind of guests, I'm seriously considering changing my regular accommodation.

The receptionist is very good, and I don't think it's a service industry.

We stayed for 2 nights in the same twin room. The facility itself was new and there were no particular inconveniences. On the second day, when I turned over the futon on the same bed, there was hair and dirt on it, and the pillow case was wrinkled, so I thought it probably hadn't been changed...and the water from the electric kettle was still there. Also, the elderly man at the night front desk has a bad attitude! When I asked where to eat, I was told that there wasn't one nearby, but there was an izakaya 3 minutes walk away! It was the same person from when I made the reservation over the phone, but since it was my first time staying there, I didn't know anything, so when I asked the same question, he said, "I talked to you earlier." Why not send them to another hotel for training? Ear plugs are provided at the front desk, which is essential if you stay in a room facing the road. Don't expect much from the soft side.

I stayed in a Western-style room and was surprised at how clean the room was.Although it was clean enough to be considered a newly built hotel, we were able to stay at a reasonable price. There are convenience stores and large supermarkets nearby, so shopping is not an inconvenience. There are also many restaurants, so even if you are staying overnight without meals, you will not have any trouble finding food or shopping. The parking lot is located behind the hotel and can accommodate about 8 cars.I reserved a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms available, but the front desk staff changed me to a non-smoking room on the day with the same price. The service was friendly and polite, and I felt comfortable using the service.

Turn on the heating in your room? It's only an air conditioner ❗️ At this time of year? When I asked the front desk, they told me that if I was using the air conditioner on the same floor, it wouldn't turn on the heating 😡 I'm not kidding ❗️

My family of three stayed in a Japanese-style room for one night + breakfast to visit a grave. From the moment I entered the room, there were 3 sets of futons spread out in a space of about 6 to 7 tatami mats, and the floor was completely filled with just futons! It seems that the room can accommodate up to 4 people, but it would be impossible to do so (lol)It's a new business hotel, so the rooms and facilities were new and comfortable. The public baths were separated by gender depending on the time of day, but I used the bath in my room. Although it is a unit bath, it is comfortable and has plenty of hot water. For dinner, there are many restaurants within walking distance nearby. good!!The breakfast restaurant is great for eating silently at each table!
