Unlike a typical capsule hotel with upper and lower floors, this is probably the highest quality capsule hotel because it has a living room on the top and a shutter for luggage storage on the bottom.It's tall enough for a capsule, and the shutter and safe can be locked, giving you a sense of security.I was fine with my room being in the back passageway, but if you were in a room near the entrance, you might be concerned about the sound of the door opening and closing.I don't know if it was just me, but my loungewear was too baggy, so I had better bring my own nightwear.It was my first time staying there and I wasn't that stressed, but it wasn't enough to get a complete rest, so I thought I'd stay at a business hotel, even if it was a little more expensive.

Good experience. Everything is very clean and well equipped. I missed air conditioner inside the capsules as it was summer days. The capsule is quite big in height, I could always stand completely. The staff could give more attention and a full explanation of the spaces for who’s coming for the first time, I missed this. The locker under the capsules are very interesting as you can keep your stuff near you but I think it’s not a good idea because there’s noisy from people arriving or packing the luggage, so I had some problems to sleep because of that.

The lock is very difficult to use. You have to reach a certain angle to lock it. superior.There are four shower rooms on the first floor of the girls' floor. [Additional note] I am using it repeatedly. The second time was also comfortable.It's new and beautiful.I think the cleaning is also very good.The women's space was spacious and the noise didn't bother me that much.Of course, you can hear people around you unpacking their luggage and snoring.I think it depends on the kind of people you'll be with and the timing.There are only 4 bathroom shower rooms, so it's likely to be a scramble during the busy season.[Additional note] I thought there were other floors for women only, and it seemed possible to move up or down depending on availability. It might be a good idea to go check it out when it's crowded.When I used this weekday mid-day, it was moderately crowded, so I couldn't use the wash basin in the morning (I concentrated on the same time)I applied my makeup in the bathroom mirror, so there was no problem.I felt safe because it was a women-only floor, but I was very careful with my luggage.It goes without saying, but don't leave it out, don't leave it where it can be seen, and put your shoes in a locked place.If you don't take the obvious things for granted, it will likely lead to trouble.There was a manga in the common space and I wanted to stay here forever lolThe swinging basket chairs were also fun.I would like to use it again

Convenient location, clean and complete personal capsule hotelMyCUBE is located next to the exit of Kuramae Station on the Subway Asakusa Line. It has a very good location. There are supermarkets, McDonald's and other restaurants downstairs where you can find food. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Asakusa Kaminarimon Temple.The entire floor belongs to the hotel itself. The public space on the second floor has drinking water, books and paid coffee machines for use. Men's and women's capsule rooms are divided by floor, which makes you feel quite at ease~What I think is a very considerate thing about the hotel is that there is a large lockable space under each capsule, which can be used to store suitcases, shoes, sundries, etc.; the shower space and toilet are separated from the sleeping area by a door , so you don’t have to worry about being woken up by loud flushing or hair dryers in the middle of the night! Super considerate design😍The only drawback is that there are more guests staying during the holidays, so there is still a situation of disturbing each other ~ but overall it is still a great accommodation choice

Instead of having rooms above and below, the rooms are separate vertically, which is different from previous capsule hotels.There is a lockable luggage space directly below the room, shower rooms on each floor, and a clean and spacious lounge with a drink bar. (charged) and manga are also available. It was comfortable! It was so comfortable that I wanted to use it again. There are also many washbasins. The lighting in the room is easy to operate, and there are plenty of room wear and amenities.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience with a front-desk staff whose name is Sato. I arrived at 11.15am on 15th June and there was no one manning the front desk. She came out shortly after that with a very disgruntled attitude looking at me like why was I there? I said I had a booking and after she checked she said check-in was only at 4pm so dropped my luggage off and I left.I came back again at 3.15pm asking if by any chance the room was ready or if I could use the lounge area till it was ready? She was extremely rude - shrugged her shoulders and said “We still cleaning the room what you want from us now?”Management please look into the attitude of your front desk staff as this is not how you welcome your guests. It is very off-putting especially after a night flight and a long day out without much rest. She could at least have offered me a seat at the lounge area.

When in Japan, why not stay in a capsule hotel? And if you're gonna do it, what better place than MyCube. Conveniently located near Kurumae train station in the Asakusa neighborhood, this place has everything you'd need. The capsules are equipped with a small TV, comfy bed, safe, and even storage area for your luggage beneath the bed. The capsules are cozy and the facilities immaculate. Each floor comes with their own bathrooms and spacious shower rooms. The location is very affordable for the amenities you're getting and the proximity of convenience stores, stores, and restaurants is hard to beat. And for those who are interested, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Sensoji Temple. Go there at night for a more peaceful experience.

Overall, it is a good capsule hotel. The location is good for going to Asakura Station and anywhere in Tokyo, but the downside is that you have to take the Asakura Line. The service was typical of a capsule hotel. However, it seems that the items and floors in the rooms are cleaned, but they do not cover and ventilate well, which is typical of capsule hotels, so it would be good to be careful if you have rhinitis or allergies.

A perfunctory “Well, excuse me” attitude?Do you purposely make people more angry? 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮Sato only blames others, and even after I made it clear that her behavior was what angered me the most, she continues to shift the blame. I didn't apologize properly. I even said something that made me even more angry.This kind of rude behavior makes me angry! Sato's attitude made this stay a bad memory.There are two staff members with very good attitudes. One is a Japanese male staff member who greets customers with a smile every time he meets them, and the other is a male foreign staff member. These two staff members are very polite.However, this attitude of Mr. Sato is so infuriating! She is the reason I only gave one star.

Very clean, modern hotel. Had minimal expectations given it's a pod hotel but was pleasantly surprised how quiet and comfortable it was. I'm 6'5" and fit on the bed fine, with inches to spare. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and available 24 hours a day, and held several bags at my request before check-in and after check-out. I imagine this is on the higher end of pod hotels and I highly recommend.

When staying in a youth hostel, you cannot expect the quality of your roommates. The piggy roommate who snores like crazy, the roommate who opens and closes luggage as loudly as possible early in the morning, and sprays perfume so that others can’t sleep...I already wear earplugs.Looking at the reviews, everyone has generally been disturbed. I have stayed in more than 5 youth hostels in Japan and have never felt disturbed so seriously...
