This hotel was a letdown at the end of our three-week Japan trip. Despite its convenient location near metro stations and Akihabara, the building was old, with visible stains and constant noise from passing metros. The bedding sheets were old and stiff, the pillows totally not comfortable.Most disappointed was the not helpful and unfriendly staff, they accusing us of smoking when we reported an alarm issue, despite the fact that we are non-smokers. The lady at the front desk continued to lecture us about smoking outside, even after we clearly explained that we don’t smoke.We also had booked an extra night last minute and inquired multiple times about the possibility to stay in the same room or checking in earlier in different room, we had to come back every time the next day. There was no effort to accommodate our request or provide a solution. On the last day, the staff questioned the number of guests in our room as there was only 1 person booked for the family room, he rudely suggested that if more people stayed, we’d have to pay extra. Even after explaining that we only needed the room for our luggage and to freshen up before our evening flight, we don’t need any beds as there was even a taxi booked for 6pm, they sarcastically remarked that there is no any room with beds they only have tatami…..We left the accommodation and the night for what is was and booked another hotel for the day with much beter experience and hospitality.This was not the way we wanted to end our trip.Overall, this experience left us disappointed, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It's a great location for visiting Tokyo.Akihabara Electronics Market is an 8-minute walk.I used it after booking a family room for 3 people and the size was just right.The bathroom is small and the facilities are poor. It feels like an inn.Also, the staff's ability to respond to service and thoughts is poor.I signed a contract for a 3-day room reservation period and was staying out on the 2nd day when I suddenly got a call asking me to check out.It was so absurd and absurd that I received a call and went into the hotel, but they kept telling me that the next reservation was made under someone else's name.Even if you show the contract details saved on your smartphone, you will get the same answer…Be sure to read the contract carefully and check it again at the front desk on the first day.Take it.I eventually received an apology, but the discomfort still remains.For your information, you can hear the train and the sounds from the next room clearly.I plan to go somewhere else next time.

I used it during Golden Week. The person at the front desk could not speak Japanese, but when I explained my intentions using translation software, they responded politely.The location is good and the price is reasonable, but there was mold growing on the shower curtain and there were pests in the room, so I am giving it a lower rating.

It’s scam. I booked room for one and they told me to pay extra 100€ because in my bed are 4 beds. When I said I will not pay that they wouldn’t give me money that I paid by trip. ITS SCAM BE AWARE AND NEVER BOOK THERE

The room was large enough for four large adults. Except for the microwave in the hallway, everything is in the room. The counter seems to be empty often, but the service is very friendly. The subway station is close and the JR station is within easy walking distance.

The room is a traditional tatami room for three people. It is surprisingly large. The large suitcases of three people can be spread out. There is also a two-layer refrigerator, drinking water, tea bags, TV, bath towels, bath products, toothbrushes, hairdryers, and coffee tables. There is a microwave on each floor, and you can buy things in the nearby LAWSON to eat in your room.There are subway lines of different colors within a six-minute walk, and you can reach Akihabara, Ueno, and Ameyoko shopping districts in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient.

The hotel room was Japanese traditional style, the location is good for traveling, it's not far from train station including the Ueno station for the Skyliner from the Narita Airport, the hotel surrounding by many shopping area and night eat and drink.The bed look a bit thin but it's comfortable to sleep at night, and easy to made up for more space while not sleeping.

Great location but seems to be understaffed as reception can be unmanned even before 9 pm with a "Staff will return soon" sign but has not been back after a long while. Drainage was also slow, with the bathtub and sink appearing to be clogged.

"Family room"The whole building is similar to an apartment, with traditional keys and an elevator (emphasis added)The room is spacious, with a refrigerator, a kettle, 4 beds + 3 spread 29-inch suitcases + the original large table, and a small space for walking!It is a 7-minute walk from the subway station, and there is no need to change trains to and from Ueno and Asakusa.It should be noted that because the location is next to the track, you can hear the sound of trains passing by (but there are not many early or late trains, and the sound is regular. I am sensitive to sound, but I think it is within the acceptable range.
