Small, beautiful but comfortable room. Although the super mini soup house is a little inconvenient, the friendly service staff, healthy breakfast, and reasonable price during the evening 🍷wine tasting period are great points.

We are a friend of business travelers who maintain relatively low rates. The public bath is open to men and women, so I only take morning baths.I enjoyed the welcome drink in the evening, and the soup curry at breakfast was especially delicious. When I stayed there the other day, the outdoor parking lot was reserved for long-term guests and I was directed to park there. This may happen, so it's best to call to confirm when you arrive. Most of the guests were Japanese, and I was impressed by the lack of bleakness in the lobby and buffet venue. It's a bit of a walk to the downtown area, but there are convenience stores and drug stores nearby, so it's not an inconvenience.

The drawbacks were that the space in the bath and toilet was small, there was no hand soap in the room, and the woman wanted another face towel, but even if I put those things aside, I've never been to anywhere else. The hospitality of the staff was better than the hotel, or even other stores in the super hotel🙇️ (They taught me about Hakodate's unique cuisine and showed me how to get to the night view🙇️The customer service was also very good. ) The room was well-cleaned and beautiful. It's not very close to Hakodate Station, but it's within walking distance. There are tram and bus stops nearby. The airport bus stop was also nearby (Omori Town, if I remember correctly). If I have a chance, I will stay here again 🙇️ I couldn't fill in the information on the paper I received, so please excuse me for posting a review on Google!

This is a stable super hotel.I stayed for 2 nights for business, and I was glad that the breakfast included side dishes that didn't cover anything. The only issue I can think of is the time spent in the public bath.

Our stay at the super hotel was pleasantly surprising. The beds were clean, comfortable and neat and the Onsen is small but perfect for a short soak. The drinks in the lobby we’re a nice touch and even better was the bar in the evening where we could help ourselves to Sake and liquor until 9pm. The breakfast was definitely a highlight with delicious miso, fish and rice made fresh in the morning. Most of all the staff were extremely enthusiastic and thoughtful, going out of their way to chat with us and accommodate us in any way possible. If your passing through Hakodate, this hotel is a delightful and friendly pit stop for any person (queer friendly)
