I stayed with my large dog (golden female) 9 year old Happy on September 18th. Is it the fourth time? Whenever I visit, I receive a warm welcome and it feels like I've come home, which is my favorite place. You can spend your time at your own pace without excessive services. Although it was difficult to make reservations for dinner and the bathroom was a bit small, this is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

I stayed there with my dog and children.The customer service was very polite and made me feel at ease.Thank you for being kind to children.I used both the indoor and outdoor rooms during my stay, but they were available for private use.All of the dogs staying at the property were Oriko and I never heard them cry during my stay.I had a great time, but there was one thing. .I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but the futon was thin and didn't have a mat. .I slept through the morning thinking it was too thin, but I thought it would have been better if the futon was fluffy, so I decided to post it.

I think it's a good hotel to stay with your pet.The indoor dog run was bigger than I expected, so I was able to run around. However, we couldn't stay in the dog park outside for long because there was grass growing and there were mosquitoes.The bath in the room is no different from the bath at home. Not having a changing room is also a bit inconvenient.After all, I reconfirmed that it's a good idea to leave your dog at a dog hotel and enjoy hot springs and delicious food.

I stayed here for one night with my dog. The room was clean and provided with amenities for my dog, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I was worried about going for a walk because of the rain, but I was able to play to my heart's content in the indoor dog run.Most of all, I was happy that the staff were so kind and gentle. Thank you very much for your attention! I would definitely like to visit again when I travel to Karuizawa!

I used it on a trip to Karuizawa with my dog!First of all, the location is good, close to the station and Prince Shopping Plaza, so I was able to get around efficiently without having to worry about traffic jams.The staff are also kind and polite!They told us about recommended spots to take our dogs and took some wonderful family photos.There are stairs inside the hotel, so please use the cart.I think it's better not to bring it in.The guest room has plenty of amenities for both dogs and people, and my husband seems to like the pajamas, they are so soft to the touch that he wants them! That's what he said (lol)Speaking of my greed, I wanted a changing room in the bathroom, but there was a partition, so it wasn't a problem.Overall, I think this is a very good hotel for bringing dogs!

This is a small two-story hotel. There was also an indoor dog run next to the front desk, as 80-90% of customers brought their pets with them.

The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes by car from the outlet.The inside of the facility has been renovated and is very clean, but the shower head in the bath is too old. Nowadays, I feel like it's outdated to just turn on the hot water and set it to just the right settings.Since the price is quite high, I would like to see better equipment.
