You will enter the alley from the main street of Zenkoji Temple, but if you are coming from the Zenkoji side, you should be able to see the information signboard. Staying at Tama's inn felt like staying at a distant relative's house. Stepping on the red carpet that makes you feel the accumulation of time, you head to the room on the second floor. It was a sunny room, but the air conditioner worked well and it was spacious enough. However, I am afraid to just lift the carrying case. The toilet and bath are shared. The private toilet room is Western style. The bathroom will be full if three people are in it, so check the changing room and change the time accordingly. There are cups and ice available in the building, and although there are no vending machines, you can purchase drinks from the refrigerator. It was a quiet night and I was able to sleep well, but in the morning I woke up early to the loud chirping of cicadas, which seemed to echo with memories from a distant summer vacation.

I received this on my trip to Niigata and Nagano. The inn is located on a hill in Higashinomoncho, about a 5-minute walk from Zenkoji Temple, and there is a parking lot at the shrine next door. The room was a 6 tatami Japanese-style room with a washroom, and the view of Nagano city could be seen from the window, making it a relaxing place. The baths were small, but separate for men and women, and I reserved them for private use, so I took a long bath to relieve my fatigue. It was a plan to stay without meals, but it was nice to be able to use the ice and water server for free. Early the next morning, I went to Zenkoji Temple and was able to attend the morning ritual. It's conveniently located near Zenkoji Temple, so if I have a chance, I'll come here again.

The location is 200m from Zenkoji Temple, making it ideal for visiting. The surrounding roads are a bit narrow, but we were able to park before check-in, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing around the area. Also, I was very happy that they were kind enough to let me put my motorcycle under the eaves so it wouldn't get wet in the rain. The inside of the hotel has a retro Showa atmosphere, but there is free wifi, the toilet has a new washlet, and the bath has a jet bath, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. Also, since it was on a hill, the room had a great view of Nagano city.

A birthday present to myself. A solo trip to Zenkoji Temple. I called and made a reservation, but on that day they said, ``I'm sorry, they're full.'' However, I really wanted to go because of the warm weather, so I changed the date and made a reservation. I'm really glad I was able to ask. . I was also surprised by the food. Great quantity and quality. . I was very happy with Zenkoji's guidance. It felt like I was there with my late mother. Thank you for letting me know where to go the next day.I would also like to receive more.
