A large inn in the countryside. Although the exterior has a dignified appearance, I was honestly disappointed inside the hotel room. Everyone was a little cold and aloof.

I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff members are very accommodating. The food was also very delicious. The quality of the hot spring water is also good.I stayed at the main building. It's true that there are some places where the structure feels old, but it's not inconvenient.Just 1 point. I thought the reason for the 4-star room rating was that the water in the toilet was not flushing properly. I was traveling alone, so I didn't have to worry about having anyone with me, but if you were to use the toilet with someone other than your family, you would have to hold the hand lever for quite some time to flush out all the toilet paper. I thought it would be great if things could be improved because if you don't check the feces properly, you may end up leaving it behind for the next time. Or, I think it would be better if the person in charge of the room explained how to use the toilet, just like with the room door lock.

The service and hospitality are great, but the open-air bath is the filthiest! The worst bath I've ever experienced, with hair in the drain and sludge floating in the bathtub. Very disappointing as the quality of the water is good. It improved quickly!

The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep in the bed. There was a constant sound like rain.I was thankful that there were disinfectant and deodorant sprays in several places, but my small child ended up using them, so I should have moved them out of reach first.Perhaps because we had informed them in advance that we had small children, there were chairs and amenities for children, but although the room was large, it was not suitable for children. The response from the hotel was good.

The parking lot is Serena, so it's difficult to park at a shop across the road? I parked in the parking lot.But other than that, the room is nice. The meals, dinner and breakfast were also very delicious. The female staff member who prepared the in-room dinner and the two male staff members who prepared the futon were both very efficient and greeted me with smiles.I was impressed. It was my children's first experience eating in their room, so I'm sure they'll remember it even when they grow up.
