360 degree panorama!It is in the middle of nature, where time seems to have stopped, and the only sounds are the sounds of warblers.There is a Western-style mountain lodge inside.We had a nice and clean room and delicious food. The chair in the bath was a little too low to sit on, but it was warm.There was no screen door, so after sunset I turned off the lights (to prevent insects from entering) and relaxed in my room.It's also open for lunch, so after dropping off your luggage and walking around Murodo, you come back and order a beef dish. The portion was generous and satisfying.

Super cost effective hotel on Kurobe Alpine route if you don't care much about a small shared bathroom.We Booked here for 1 night with 2 people.The staffs are polite and responsive on the hotel booking site. We asked several questions regarding to transportation, baggage drop, and other services. They always kindly responded. You can deposit your baggage after checking out and going out to hike.Dinner and breakfast were amazing here. Especially, breakfast bread is so yummy that I needed to ask for more (it's all-you-can-eat bread).Scenery from the hotel is also great. You can see sunset and the stunning view of Tateyama from here.The bedroom is western-style room. It's new and clean, but there is no way to adjust room temperature.Love to visit here again.

If you walk along the promenade from Murodo, you will get there in about 40 minutes.In front of you, you can see Mt. Oku-Dainichi, Mt. Tateyama, and Mt. Tsurugidake, as well as magnificent views of the sunset and sea of clouds toward the Sea of Japan.

The bento box at Tengudaira Sanso was packed with delicious side dishes and rice. It's even more delicious when eaten in the mountains. If you order by the night before, they will prepare it for you in the morning. I think the coming autumn leaves season will be nice.

This is a great starting point for those who want to climb Osan, Betsuzan or Kendake. It is close to the trailhead and the resort can take you to Murodo Station at 7am. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. The view outside the room is pretty good. The reception staff are also very polite and can communicate in Chinese. The breakfast and dinner are exquisite and diverse. In short, there is nothing to be picky about. The room and quilt are very warm at night. You may wake up due to the heat, this is your experience when staying in mid-August

The location is stunning, right in the heart of the mountains and easily accessible, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers.The dinner was a real highlight-delicious and authentic. (Served at 17h30)However, our room was directly opposite the toilets, which made it quite noisy during the night. It was a bit disruptive to our sleep, which was unfortunate.Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking to immerse yourself in the mountains and don't mind a rustic place. Just make sure to ask for a room away from the toilets if you're sensitive to noise.

Very homey atmosphere. The whole lodge were very clean and staff were diligent and friendly. Meals were top tier. Very good location you can clearly see the sunset and the stars at night. We especially enjoyed the morning exercise routine :)

Check-in on 6/17, the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is still under control, and you can only take the bus. There is a bus stop in front of the villa, which is very convenient to get there. The villa staff will also remind and assist in reserving the bus when leaving; check into the tatami room, in the room Both sitting and sleeping are quite comfortable. Outside the window, you can see the snow-covered mountain scenery, running water and the chirping of birds. The villa is very clean, it should be a historical villa, but it seems to have been renovated, so the wood on the stairs and corridors looks new. The staff service is friendly and enthusiastic. , English communication is no problem.

Love the hosts, the food and the view!! Absolutely stunning view from my window at sunset and delicious homecooked dinner and breakfast. Very friendly family that treated us warmly.However please put a curtain over the window in the women's shower 😢 I was constantly afraid someone from the parking lot can look in and see me showering!!Also, would it be possible to divide the showers using curtains or something? I am not too comfortable with being naked in front of strangers especially when showering and not in the onsen. 😔Thank you so much for the wonderful stay still!! Loved the peace and quiet and the wonderful food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed only 1 night here which was fantastic! You can enjoy the panoramic view of Northern Alps. I was lucky that weather was clear enough to see the ocean, sunset and lots of stars. Foods also good. This lodge is only for limited people. Staffs were all kind.

A mountain accommodation a stone's throw from the Tateyama Snow Corridor (a must do!).We enjoy the breakfast and dinner included, provided and varied!The rooms are a little small, however, and the beds are hard.Despite this, the establishment remains incredible!
