Our favorite place to stay during our trip to Hokuriku. The newly decorated house incorporates Showa Japanese elements. The bunk beds are the children's favorite part. We bought some ingredients to cook dinner. The dishes were all clean. The owner of the house was also very kind and explained that he would leave after he finished. The bathroom was very clean and even had a washing machine.

The three of us reserved a room for one night. The house was recently renovated and is a dream inside. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had the house to ourselves as there were no other reservations. The kitchen, dining room, etc. are usually common areas. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner and immediately felt very comfortable. We were annoyed that we had only booked one night. This accommodation is definitely worth it and has a great price-performance ratio. Thanks for the stay!

Great living experienceSpecifically looking for accommodation close to Shirakawa-go Gassho VillageBooked on BookingI asked through the platform because I was worried about the earthquake, and the owner’s reply was very reassuring. We arrived at the accommodation more than an hour later than scheduled. Unexpectedly, the host was waiting for us. We stayed for another 2 hours through a translator before he went home for dinner. I am really sorry. There is a shared kitchen, but there are no shops nearby. It is recommended to buy some things, both cooking and eating. The nearest convenience store is a 20-minute drive^-^, but the host is very considerate and will prepare instant noodles and rice if needed. Just put coins into the small paper box ~ It feels good to be trustedThe B&B is well maintained, clean and tidy. I still miss this place after traveling. Because it was so good at the beginning, I look forward to it every day afterward😚By the way, it’s only a 5-minute drive from Aikura Gassho Village, so be sure to find time to go for a walk.

The owner is friendly and will use google translate to explain things in detail. I was impressed with his diligence and patience. Kitchen usage is available and large. There is a washing machine. Rooms are heated although thick blankets will help in winter. Bathroom is also clean. 40 minute uphill walk to Ainokura Village. Across the street from the bus stop. Tip: bring your own food if self-catering, the local grocery store is very limited.
