Although part of the open-air bath was unavailable, the food was good, especially the breakfast served by the hearth.

I'm somewhere between 3 and 4, and I think what pulls me down is that I've had better stays elsewhere at the same price point. The staff are clearly dedicated to making sure you have a pleasant stay and the meals use high-quality ingredients, but the rooms are in need of an update. Most of their resources appear to be spent on the baths and dinner area, as breakfast is in a plain cafeteria-like space. The private bath is a nice perk (depending on your plan) and the stone tub is visually impressive, but it barely fits two. We were staying during the off-season so the large public bath may as well have been private; we were able to chat in the outdoor bath through the separating fence.Dinner was good, but there were lots of small plates arriving at a slow pace, so while we stayed hungry all the way to the final course, we were still hungry when we left. No qualms about the quality or preparation of the seafood and meat, though. The rooms were easily the lowlight. No WiFi I can deal with in a small mountain town, but one thin futon on a hard tatami floor is rough. We've definitely had better. The aircon was also quite loud.

A hot spring inn for adults located a little deep in the mountainsThe room was very spacious and the color of the tatami mats was chic, something I had never seen before. The bath was a little lukewarm, but there is also an open-air bath (the jacuzzi and hot spring baths are currently closed). The open air had a forest behind it, so it was very nice. The rice was delicious with local cuisine and vegetables. The staff were friendly and I had fun talking with them, which made me feel at ease.🌟Cash payment🌟Reservation required for private bath↑Note!

The facility is quite different from what is advertised online. It looks beautiful in the photo, but there is quite a gap. There are many beautiful facilities around us that are not advertised. It is better not to rely on reservation sites.

Blissful innThat time came suddenly.I was given the opportunity to train myself in a certain person who lived an arrogant life without having to worry about food, clothing, or shelter.I had decided that I would only experience the Shikoku pilgrimage and the 1000-day mountain training at Mt. Hiei Enryakuji Temple in Shiga once in my life, but unexpectedly I ended up at Yuwaku Onsen and it was truly blissful.Yamane's attitude is consistent throughout.Excuse cannot be forgiven in the slightest. One soup and one dish, futons that aren't extra thick, paid drinking water, etc., there's too much to list. The next morning after a light sleep,When I checked out, the main event, the donation, was waiting for me.I left Kanazawa feeling liberated both physically and mentally. In return for your gratitude, I will write down my proposal.I wish I could change the name of the inn from Yamane to Bandit. Many thanks.

Dinner was luxurious and delicious! The course I ordered wasYou can choose two dishes from abalone, spiny lobster, Hida beef, salt-grilled seaweed, and grilled oysters.I thought the lobster was half a piece, but it turned out to be a whole lobster. The abalone was soft and delicious, but I think it would have been even better with a little more soy sauce. The salt-grilled seaweed was also said to be delicious. There was also Nodoguro sushi, which gave it a luxurious feel.Oolong tea and orange juice are available near the hot springs, so you can drink them after taking a bath. The hot springs smelled a bit like chlorine, but they have been properly inspected so you don't have to worry. The room has stylish tatami...Ryukyu tatami? It was clean and it felt new and not old, which was nice.Since there is no Wi-Fi, I used tethering for my children's games. For breakfast, there was dried black-throated fish and various other items. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat it all, but I was able to eat it lolThis is also a hot spring inn I would like to visit!

As you would expect, the inn received an incredible response to this review. You can read the essence of the inn here, so please use it as a reference.************************************When I contacted this inn, I had a very surprising experience.I had something to ask, so when I called him, he suddenly and furiously yelled, "You said inquiries start at 9 o'clock!?"I had checked the website before calling, but there was no such information listed on the website. (If it had been posted, I think it would have been posted in a place that was extremely difficult to notice.)What about your accommodation? As a citizen with no way of knowing, I was at a loss for words for a while because I couldn't understand what the person on the phone was saying or why they had to yell at me all of a sudden. Ta.I finally regained my composure and said something along the lines of, ``Excuse me, but I'm not making a reservation, but an inquiry?'', but she replied, ``So, you're saying it starts at 9 o'clock (or in the morning or in the afternoon?).'' ``It's not now, it's our policy!'' After saying this in a tone like this, the call was abruptly hung up!If you take a 100 step approach and consider the situation of the innkeeper, it may have been the timing when the Hokuriku Cheer Discount had started, so the inn might have been full. However, what does it feel like to talk to customers in this tone?I can't help but say that this attitude toward a citizen who was a potential guest and didn't know anything about the situation (in other words, an innocent person) was extremely considerate. Isn't something like this giving a bad impression and tarnishing the reputation of not only this inn, but also Yuwaku Onsen as a whole, the city of Kanazawa where it is located, and even Ishikawa Prefecture? At least, as someone who has experienced this kind of customer service, I think that not only should I reconsider visiting this inn, but I should also reconsider visiting Yuwaku Onsen. I came to think about it.When I checked the other reviews on Google Maps, I found some about customer service. Additionally, in response to such reviews, some of the innkeepers' responses seemed to be sales words instead of sales words. From this, it can be inferred that the inn is run by a very emotional person who prioritizes self-confidence and does not consider the impact of his own actions. When it comes to lodging, the physical aspects such as facilities are important, but I believe that the overall level of satisfaction with the stay depends on how well the intangible aspects, including prior inquiries, can be improved. If this is the case, then the answer should come naturally as to how the customer service (including the candidate) should be.In response to this incident, I strongly hope that the inn will seriously address this issue and take measures to improve it, but will my wish ever come true? Unfortunately, that's probably difficult.Personally, I spend quite a number of nights a year at hotels and inns (including many luxury hot spring inns). In addition, for over 30 years, I have traveled to various countries and cities, stayed at countless accommodations, and made advance inquiries. However, this was the first time for me to experience customer service like this, so I was very surprised, and in a sense, I felt a great shock and psychological damage, and I felt very hurt and sad. I did.I sincerely hope that you will once again seriously consider what hospitality and customer service are.

I used it with my parents and older siblings. The building looks like it's been around for quite a few years, but you can tell that they've worked hard to maintain it.Dinner was served one by one, with detailed explanations, and the food was delicious. Is your sister your dream? I was very happy to be able to eat Nodoguro. At night, the indoor bath was too hot and the outdoor bath was lukewarm, so it seems that the temperature was not adjusted properly, but the next morning the bath was at just the right temperature and I was able to relax comfortably. It was a great memory of my trip to Kanazawa.thank you
