We feel so comfortable while staying. The room is clean, the bed is soft, we are so satisfied with dinner, home made foods, especially the burgers that were kids’ favorite. The boss is very kind and nice even we cannot talk in Japanese. Thank you so much for your service, and the “rice balls” lunch boxes are so yummy, don’t ever eat such delicious ones, much better than stores. We apologize for not saying this to u directly as we are hurrying for the bus. Hope u and ur family are well all the time.

A lovely lodge-style pension. Moreover, it is located right behind the tourist information center, a 2-minute walk.It seems that it also operates as a restaurant. Two meals were included, and since I was climbing Mt. Norikura, I had to make rice balls for breakfast since I had to leave early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that it also came with a side dish. After dinner, we start with salad and soup, then fish and meat, then dessert and coffee! If I wasn't climbing the mountain the next day, I would have liked a bottle of wine. The hot spring is a semi-open-air bath and is more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The room smelled a bit, but it was clean and spacious. It was too good to be alone.A hot water pot and refrigerator are located in the common area and can be used freely.I was also able to borrow a yukata.I would like to stay again next time.

Visited the restaurant for the first time for lunch after using the nearby hot spring Yukemurikan.(Monday, March 6, 2023)I ordered Alm-style spaghetti and Alm-style pizza. It was delicious. The nearby Nagano Prefectural Route 300 is closed from here to Shirahone Onsen due to a landslide.

I had cutlet curry for lunch. The meat of the cutlet was tender and the spiciness of the curry was just right for me. It's interesting that it comes with cabbage. The food continues to grow.
