The only good thing is probably the location, there are supermarkets, supermarkets, and tram stops nearby.There are many shortcomings. It was not cheap when I was told that there was a service charge upon arrival. One person paid 500 yen per day, but there was no service.The utensils were hardly cleaned. The table was still oily when we first arrived. The quilts were not folded and stuffed in the closet. The quilts and pads were all yellow and moldy. The pillows also felt empty.The bathroom door was broken and only taped up, the washing machine made a loud noise, and the washbasin was cracked.The entrance hall on the first floor is full of debris, and I don’t know if many supplies are clean or not.

Important point: Warning⚠️He will send a sudden message and charge a service fee of 500¥ per person per day, but there is no service at all.❌There are three rooms but only one key, which is very inconvenient.❌It’s a bit inconvenient to contact me❌The first sight upon entering is very messy and cluttered.❌The slippers haven’t been replaced for a long time. The size of the room is big compare to most hotel or Airbnb I have stayed in Japan. Especially at this price level, definitely cost effective. The only down side would be there are no study table and chair. If you have to work, study or use your laptop it may be a bit uncomfortable.

It's such a bad accommodation that I don't want to give a single ⭐︎.Trash, trash, trash everywhere.I tried to at least clean it, but the vacuum cleaner was so full of dirt that I couldn't vacuum it.The area around the toilet bowl was bright yellow with accumulated urine stains.The air conditioner was manufactured over 20 years ago and was emitting a lot of dust when it was turned on.The bath and washroom were clogged with so much hair it was scary.My precious trip to Osaka was ruined.I think it's great that there are black caps everywhere.And! According to the Osaka Prefecture website, I wasn't supposed to have to pay city tax, but I was charged 7,000 yen. (2 nights and 3 days, 5 adults, 0 year old child, 2 year old child)It's pretty disgusting.I will never stay there again, and I don't want to see it again.
