Thank you for your help for two days.I have stayed at many hotels, but this hotel's breakfast had a good selection of items and although the taste was a little sweet, it was very delicious! And I was healed by the open-air bath in the large public bath with a view of Mt. Asama! The only thing that was disappointing was that the female staff at the front desk did not have a smile on her face and did not respond well. All the other staff members were nice, but the one person at the front desk had a bad attitude, which made me feel bad.I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. I want that person to be properly educated.

I stayed here for the first time in a month on a Saturday in early September. Now that the summer vacation period is over, families have calmed down a bit, and things have become a little quieter. Harvest Club is located in the elegant Shiozawa district where Karuizawa's villas are lined up, and the vast space is overwhelming. We had breakfast while looking at Mt. Asama. I think the shrimp cutlet toast, which changes daily, was especially delicious. At night, we were soothed by the bonfire and sparkling tree in the lovely well-maintained garden. The open-air bath was surrounded by clean air and silence, with slightly warm carbonated spring water, and I enjoyed traveling through time with the same scenery. Great customer service and food, ample amenities, a spa, a spacious sauna, and a cold bath that is much larger than Nasu, Kyu Karuizawa, Grand Deco, and Kinugawa. Also, like Hakone Koshien and Ito, the spas are switched between men and women in the morning and evening, allowing you to enjoy different scenery. You can enjoy the buffet in the morning and evening. If you want to enjoy your meal in peace and quiet, Japanese cuisine is recommended. Considering the atmosphere and quality, I think it's reasonable. On another day, we enjoyed Japanese food in the evening. Haagen-Dazs, Lady Boden, and other products can be purchased from vending machines within the facility, making it perfect for after a bath. Other Harvest Clubs have a lot of customers who are well-mannered, but there are only high-class clubs, and I felt that most of the customers had high morals, such as sauna etiquette. The slippers and samurai inner wear are also elegantly finished. By the way, I felt that the water power of the shower had become weaker.
