The communication using agoda beforehand was smooth and the store owner was also very friendly.To use self-check-in, you need to email your proof of identity to the store before you can get the check-in password.But agoda did not notify me that I had received the message that day, so I had to wait for a long time at the door for the message to be delivered before checking in, because we originally thought it was a self-service check-in by pressing the machine.The information that needs to be provided is: the passport of everyone, the home address of the main person in charge, and photos of four people (to confirm that they are the same group of people as on the passport, you can just take a selfie in the room)The room is very clean, with clear garbage classification, comfortable beds and a living room. The kitchen has complete cooking equipment and utensils and a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub, various heating equipment and even a washing machine.The TV station selection is a bit limited, but the living room is very warm and comfortable, and there is a small balcony. The clothes hangers provided in the quadruple room are very sufficient.Generally speaking, although I encountered some difficulties when checking in, the facilities in the room make me want to visit again.Especially there are three cute きこりんs in the room. It was even because of きこりん that we decided to choose this hotel.

We were lovely surprised. Enough space for the five for us. A washing machine in the stay itself with free detergent. The beds are a bit hard in my opinion in comparison to other Japanese beds. Location is good. Close to shinsaibashi, kuromon Market, namba walk and dotonbori. I recommend this place if you need it for sleeping and short stays

The room is exactly the same as the photos on the website, with 2 double beds and a sofa area, which is very spacious. There is a washing machine in the room, laundry detergent is provided, and there is also a terrace to dry clothes. Very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby that locals go to, and the food is very good. But it is a 5-minute walk from the subway station, so dragging luggage will be more difficult.

TERRIBLE. Would leave one star if possible. Several people we met left locked out of their room without any customer service response. Terrible service; they did not call for anyone to come fix the broken lock for 7+ hours. No one responded to phone call either. DO NOT COME HERE!

It's very close to Yotsubashi Station and about half an hour's walk from Namba.Self check-in, five minutes away from the whole familyThe room is well soundproofed, beautiful and spacious, and the bed is a hard bed that I likeNo one will come to clean or replenish supplies during your stay.There is only a small tube of toothpaste for three days, so it is recommended to bring your ownShower gel, shampoo and conditioner are availableExcept toothpaste, I think everything else is good😆😆

Nice appartment. Big space for 4 persons. We slept here with 5 persons as you can convert the sofa into a bed. With 5 big luggages the space is limited but still very good.Very handy to have the door open with a code.Clean bathroom, very basic kitchen. Unfortunately not a table with 5 chairs, only 2.Close to the city center with all the shopping streets, but in a quiet street.
