The room is spacious and the toilet and washroom are clean. I thought it would be okay without air conditioning in the summer, but it was so cool. It was a shame that the open-air bath was only a mixed bath. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious.

I stayed for one night on a midsummer weekday. The rooms have shared toilets and washroom spaces, but they are very clean.Radio waves are also available. It was a day in Tokyo where the temperature exceeded 35℃ during the day, but Shirahone was comfortable at around 25℃ even during the day, and there was no air conditioner in the room, so I was able to sleep comfortably with just a fan.For dinner, we mainly had carp dishes and river fish, along with local specialties such as wild boar meat and horse sashimi..It was my first time to eat carp, but I liked the taste of the stew. However, the sashimi didn't stick very well, so I think tastes differ depending on the person.Breakfast consists of porridge, Japanese yam, hot spring eggs, and river fish. The ohitsu meals both at night and in the morning were very delicious. There are two types of hot spring sources. The mixed open-air bath and indoor bath use the same source as Awa no Yu.The water here was lukewarm and you could take a long bath. The private bath had the same source as Konashi no Yu and was hotter than Awa no Yu.The floor of the private bath was carved out like a thousand rice fields with ingredients from the hot springs. When I stayed there, there were a lot of solo travelers, both men and women, so I highly recommend it for solo travelers. It is also recommended for those who want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle as there are only a few guest rooms.

From Osaka to Shirahone Onsen. Anyway, hot water is good. I soaked it in lukewarm water for a long time, but it warmed me from the core so I slept well. The hot springs are drinkable and are said to be good for the stomach and intestines. We recommend bringing a plastic bottle as you can take it home with you. According to a regular customer, it tastes better with coffee. I can go to the hot springs whenever I want, so I went there a total of 5 times. It was my first time to eat carp cuisine and it was delicious. I especially like kanroni. Even after washing the carp, there was no smell and it was delicious. For breakfast, I was served hot spring porridge, so I refilled it and ate the regular rice as well. There are many side dishes that go well with the meal. Stays cool even in summer without the need for an air conditioner. I would like to go again. It was higher up the mountain than I expected, so the roads were bad and I was a little nervous, but I was able to get there using the navigation system.

The carp dish for dinner was delicious, and the baths, especially the private baths, were great. The toilet and washroom are shared, but they have been renovated so they are clean. This is the No. 1 hotel I would like to visit again out of all my travels!By the way, I also came across a bear because of the location.
