The location was good and the view was good. The interior was clean and spacious, which exceeded my expectations. The cypress outdoor bath is the best! The garden was big enough for my dog to run in, and the wood chips under my feet were a nice touch. The temperature in October was just right, and it felt great basking in the sun on the deck with my dog.

I stayed in Kaede's room!I've written about some things I'm concerned about, but in reality I don't really care that much.I had a very comfortable stay from start to finish.I would like to stay again, and I would also like to visit the affiliated stores.*For breakfast, we chose the nearby Forest Vale, which allows dogs in the restaurant! Recommended.・Easy check-in・The room is clean・Large dog run・There is an open-air bath for dogs.・All tableware is provided・It is quiet because it is separated from other accommodation rooms.・Good view・Heating was good (with floor heating)- Plenty of amenities for both humans and dogs・Since we arrived at night, it was difficult to find the hotel entrance.・The neck of the hair dryer breaks easily, making it difficult to use.・Shower head is small

I used it as a parent and 3 children with my pet dog. It's a relatively new property and we had a very comfortable stay.It was after the rain, so it was difficult to use the outdoor BBQ, so we grilled the meat we bought in the kitchen inside. I think the home appliances and kitchen utensils were easy to use and sufficient. It was a fun dinner thanks to you. It got a little chilly at night, but the heated floor made it comfortable.Best of all, the scent of cypress in the open-air bath was amazing and relaxing. However, there is a roll screen so you can cut out the view, but there is a busy road in front of you, so you have to be patient with the view. Also, I thought it would be difficult for elderly people to have a few steps on the stairs leading into the room.

This inn was relatively reasonable compared to other inns, so I was drawn to this point and decided to stay there. Another reason we chose the building is that it is new. After arriving at the inn, surprises continue...! There's that, there's this, there's everything...! The level of comfort increases...! My family just kept saying, ``Wow, that's amazing.'' I also enjoyed the cypress bath and BBQ on the terrace. Above all, my carefree dog🐶 seemed to have a very peaceful time...that made me the happiest. It must have been tough for the owners and staff to build it up to this point - thank you for your hard work. Speaking of greed, I would like to stay at this price forever 😊 I would definitely like to stay in Karuizawa next year as well.

The outside bath had a nice cypress scent and was very comfortable. My dog doesn't like the wood chips and doesn't run around at the dog park, but the dog bath seemed comfortable. Very quiet at night. If possible, it would have been better to have a sofa instead of tatami and rattan chairs and tables.Overall, it was a very comfortable space.I'll come back later

Overall it was a great and fun time. The interior is stylish and it's a great place for dogs too. However, I don't know if it was raining the day before or in the morning, but the cushions on the chairs on the deck were so wet that I couldn't sit on them. I wanted them to be kept somewhere with a roof to dry.Next, it was dark at night, so having a lantern would have been helpful, but there was a corded light on the outside, but it was just a decoration. If it's broken, don't remove it or users will be disappointed. The rooms are the best, so I think a little bit of attention from the management will result in the highest rating of full stars. It's a nice place, so I would like to stay there again.

It was clean, the room and the garden were beautiful, and I had a comfortable stay. The dog was running around the garden with great joy.The ceiling of the loft was low and adults felt oppressed. The open-air bath was nice, but it would have been nice to be able to access it directly from the room.

I used it with my dog (Mameshiba) and my family of four.It started raining after we checked in, so we were worried that we wouldn't be able to have a BBQ, but it stopped in the evening, and we were able to wipe down the tables and chairs outside and enjoy ourselves to the fullest. The open-air bath was also great and I took it many times. This time it was hot in the middle of summer, but I would definitely like to use it again in a different season.

I used it with my dog and three family members. This is Solana's second location, following Lake Yamanaka last time! There was a supermarket nearby, the facilities were well-equipped, and the night breeze was pleasant and comfortable. The cypress bath was very pleasant. The stairs leading down from the room and the deck were wide, making it a little difficult for my dog.I'm thinking of going to various Solana's in the future!thank you very much!
