We stayed with 3 infants and 3 generations.On that day, it might be difficult to head to Karuizawa from Tokyo due to the typhoon. I was really worried. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, he checked the road conditions, contacted me, and welcomed me very kindly.The location is also very good...a large park with lots of free play equipment can be reached on foot. Tsuruya was also nearby, which was very convenient for procuring ingredients. Karuizawa Toy Kingdom was also about 30 minutes away, so it's a great facility to take small children to.It's surrounded by nature, and squirrels also come here. (I couldn't see it during my stay) Full of negative ions! I was able to relax.The owner is also very kind.I was also exposed to the compassion of humane people, and was able to relieve the stress of my daily life.I want to go again! I'm talking to you.Thank you for your help.

Seven people used South Villa at the end of August.The owner left the window open for ventilation, so we arrived at 3pm and it was comfortable even without air conditioning.The building is new and has the latest equipment, and the BBQ you can get from Tsuruya, which is within walking distance, is the best!The wooden deck also had a roof, so we could eat outside without any problems even in the sudden rain.The bath had a Jacuzzi and a shoulder bath, and the lights could be dimmed, so I was able to relax and get rid of my fatigue.There are two toilets, so it was safe and comfortable even for a large number of people.It's not too far to walk from the station, and it's close to parks and Tsuruya, so the location is great!There are some insects at night, but all the windows have screens, so as long as you close them properly, you'll be fine.Above all, the owner was kind and courteous, and was happy to confirm our check-in time and change our check-out time, making it a very satisfying trip for our entire family.We will use you again next time.

I was able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing villa life surrounded by the atmosphere of the French suburbs and English gardens! A clear stream flows behind the villa and you can hear the sound of the river.It has sufficient facilities for daily life and is recommended for long-term stays.The manager was friendly and very kind, and took great care of me.I will use it again♪

I visited for 3 nights and 4 days. It was a great time and the whole family was satisfied! The owner told me, ``There's a squirrel,'' and I was very excited to be able to see it right away. I used to come to Karuizawa every year, but I want to come here again next year and the year after. Dear owner, thank you for all your help.

I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Karuizawa, but many of them had a musty smell, but Tree Village was beautiful, clean, and had the latest equipment.I would definitely use it again.
