“go to travel” campaign has offered me a nice price for this stay. The room is clean and the boss is nice too. Honestly, the bathroom is one of the best I have experienced in Japan. Showering and bath are free and soap shampoo are included. The pension offers bicycle rental service at 1500yen a day for normal gear bicycle. But I recommend to rent one electric bicycle for 1000yen a day at the white cat 白猫租車, bicycle rental closed to station. The place is quite far from the main area and the road will be whole dark in the night including the main road. Please make sure you are ok with all that before going.I had 2 breakfast from the owners and they are all good. Bread plus egg and veggies. It is good but not enough for me haha. Good thing is there are convenience store near the hotel.

I was able to stay at more than half the price using points and GOTO.Amid the spread of the new virus, inns are taking thorough measures to measure temperature, ventilate the area, and disinfect.Karuizawa itself seems to be quite quiet and deserted at night, but the area where the inn was located had no street lights, so it was a bit scary. However, the inn is bright and welcoming, so you can stay with peace of mind. .I could hear some voices and noises coming from each room, but I didn't have trouble sleeping because of the noise. On the day I stayed, there was a family with children staying in the other room, and I woke up in the morning to the sound of children's voices and noises. When I checked in, I was told that it might be noisy, so it was still a good thing. What I particularly liked about my stay was the bath. There were two hot spring style baths, which were very comfortable.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, but it is better to bring your own bath towels. They also rent bicycles. It was cheap, there were no complicated warranties or options, and they lent it to me as soon as I asked, so it was easy.Karuizawa has many stylish cafes where you can feel nature, making it perfect for a trip with family, lovers, or friends. There are many hotels, but we recommend staying in a pension while feeling more nature! !
