Taiwanese, traveling as a family, booked a room online and informed that there were children.Let me start with the conclusion, family/child friendly,The hotel helped prepare a lot of baby care supplies.Children's bathtub/cleaning supplies/diaper pail/bath,The hotel has prepared many things needed to take care of children.It adds a lot of convenience to family travel.Details below,The hotel is located near Karuizawa Station and within walking distance.It is recommended to take a ride there so that you can travel less.The lobby is very beautiful, and personal toiletries are placed here.Because it is not provided in the room, those who need it can go to the lobby to get it.The hotel does not have a large restaurant but instead has a reading room.There is a coffee machine/snacks/drink pot (lemonade/juice) in the reading room,Please note that the above services are only available until 10pm.Other facilities such as ice machines/vending machines/coffee machines are available around the clock.This is a family trip, so we specially chose a room with tatami mats.After entering the room, do a quick inspection.The room is clean and tidy, and a dehumidifier is placed in the room.There are two large beds in the room, as well as mattresses and two sets of bedding stored in the cupboard.A total of four resting places can be provided.The shower room and toilet are two separate rooms.Various lotions are provided in the shower room: body/hand/face,Hand soap/facial cleanser, shampoo/shower gel/conditioner are also provided.There is a bathtub and a shower head.What our family enjoys the most is the tatami location.He brings a place to rest (in addition to sleeping) throughout the room.

It's in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Karuizawa Station and within walking distance to an outlet mall.I stayed in a twin room in the new building, and the room itself was average in size, but the bath and toilet were separate and the washing area was spacious, and there were pump-type bottles of face wash, cleansing, lotion, and emulsion that would be great for women. did.It was also nice to be able to have breakfast while relaxing in our room. It was delivered to us in a large basket at the designated time, and we each chose quiche and ham, cheese, and avocado hot sandwiches for the main course. The side menu is full of volume, including sausage, bacon, and spinach stir-fried in butter, plenty of vegetable salad, minestrone soup, three types of bread, yogurt drink, 100% fruit juice, coffee, and fruit. It was very delicious.Even though it was right in front of the station, it was very quiet at night and I was able to get a good night's sleep. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to stay there again.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel.We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't.There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely.Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

I used it with my children. It felt like it was about 5 minutes from Karuizawa Station, but there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient.I chose a room with tatami mats because it would be dangerous for my 1-year-old to sleep in a bed, but I was also grateful to be able to eat breakfast in the room. I would like to use it again when I go to Karuizawa.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is near the JR station and also the outlet. The hotel is opposite a convenient store (it is not open for 24 hours)|The room is big. There is no restaurant in the hotel, We ordered the breakfast and the staff took 2 baskets to your room.

Stayed here during my trip in Karuizawa, the staff are very welcoming and considerate, they instructed very well about all the information you need, and accommodate any reasonable request as much as they can.They had helped me switch room due to some personal preference, they have the room ready almost immediately after I packed up my stuff which I was very thankful. The room is big enough for big luggage (standard double room in new building) and it’s clean and decent.Regarding the breakfast, it came in a picnic basket and had almost everything; yogurt, fruit, large portion main dish(eggs/omelet or hot sandwiches) salad, juice, soup, coffee bag….it’s like giving you private buffet lolIf you finish the whole basket you won’t feel hungry until mid afternoon; it’s a nice breakfast experience!The overall stay has been wonderful, wanna express my thankfulness to all the staff and look forward to staying here again.

The welcome drink was unlimited from the time you checked in until the time you checked out. There doesn't seem to be a restaurant in the hotel, so dinner is served outside and breakfast is delivered to your room in a basket. Maybe I could just take it out and eat it at a nearby park?

I stayed in the renovated old building, but the walls of the room were very dirty. Even in the bathroom, hair was falling out that I didn't know existed.I think the price is high for a typical business hotel.The lobby and lounge were clean, so the new building might be clean, so I should have booked the new building...
