I stayed there from a public holiday to a weekday, and I was disappointed that I couldn't stay in a room facing the lake because it was quite crowded, but considering it's an old hotel, it was well kept and I was able to spend a comfortable time in the room. Masu. I was satisfied because I was able to eat whatever I wanted at the buffet for dinner (all-you-can-drink alcohol) and breakfast.

A building that feels dilapidated overall.I visited for the first time as a group gathering. The overall feel is from the Showa era. People who are used to modern hotels may be a little hesitant. It may be better for those who prioritize cheapness over that.Perhaps because the buffet is time-based, people tend to rush in, and if you're even a little late, you tend to run out of food.Since we didn't have the staple rice or other main ingredients, we waited for about 20 minutes with fruit and coffee. The room is also full of the Showa era feel. The repairs were not very clean and I can't help but feel that they were amateurish.Elderly people and small children need to be careful because there are steps in the bathroom. There is a souvenir shop, but I guess they are understaffed. It seems that it is also used as the front.Perhaps that's why there is an outside terrace, but it's secured with screws so you can't go outside (probably because some people leave it open). When I looked at the faces of the restaurant staff, I could see they were expressionless and tired.

I booked a room on the lake side, but the view was terrible. When you open the shoji window, you can see the wire mesh and can't see the lake at all. In this case, it is better to choose the mountain side.I made a reservation for 2 consecutive nights, but was asked to check in again the next day.I have a small child with me, so I would appreciate it if you could save me as much trouble as possible...On the second day, I checked in again, but unexpectedly I was in the same room. If that's the case, I wonder why they let me check out once. When I entered the room, I found that the garbage had not been collected and was still there. It would have been nice if they had just changed the sheets...I thought they had laid out the futon again, but in reality they had left it alone. If there is no cleaning involved, I think you should check in advance on the first day. A towel was hung on the door without a word. Then I don't know why they made me check out and check in. It is best not to stay for consecutive nights. There's nothing good about staying overnight.Since I was traveling with a one-year-old child, I had requested a lower floor, but I ended up getting a room on the third floor, furthest from the elevator, with a very poor view. After,The explanation at check-in was quite vague. Please keep an eye on me and that's it.When the bathroom is crowded, there are not enough hair dryers. I had no choice but to dry it in my room, but there was no hair dryer. You have to rent one at the front desk, but I recommend you do so early. It's not a good hair dryer, so you might want to bring your own. There is only one outlet in the room, and it's next to the TV. You cannot use the hair dryer unless the TV is turned off.Since the price was low, the facilities in the room were more or less what I expected and I was satisfied. Viking's prices are also cheap, so I felt they were doing a good job with this price. I was disappointed because I was hoping that the view would be good.By the way, I made the reservation 2 months before the date of my stay.I had booked the lake side, which had a better view than the mountain side, at a higher price.P.S. The person who guided me to the parking lot was very kind and guided me smoothly. Some people are responding wonderfully. Actually, I would like to give it one star, but the parking lot guide was very helpful, so I gave it two stars. . .

This is my second time using ITOEN Hotels. My room was a Japanese-Western style room on the mountain side, but it faced the road and was noisy from early morning, so I would prefer a lake side if possible. I wonder if there are many Japanese-style rooms on the lake side? The in-room toilets do not have washlets, so many people may have trouble without them, so be sure to check with the hotel before making a reservation!Yukatas are only available in 3L.,L,M, and I chose L (170-180) as I am 172cm tall, but the hem is too short and 3L is too long for me to wear! I don't understand why there is no middle. wonder? ? The number of dinner items was a little less compared to the hotels I stayed at previously. It's cheap after all, so you might have to turn a blind eye to some things (lol)Then, the neighbor next door was noisy until midnight, so I contacted the front desk and they responded quickly. thank you very much.
