The location overlooking Shirakaba Lake and the food are wonderful, making this a pension that I would like to use again. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was hot and humid in the afternoon when the sun was shining in the afternoon, but it was cool and comfortable once the sun went down.Having a drum machine in the lobby is also a big plus.

Plan with breakfast. It's convenient because it's close to skiing and mountain climbing.I am grateful that I received a discounted lift ticket for the night race at Lake Shirakaba Royal Hill.The room was spacious, but the hot water in the unit bath was poor, and even if you filled it with hot water, it would turn to cold water, so the bathtub ended up being extremely lukewarm and cold.There are day trip hot springs that are open until 11pm, so it's better to go there.Or take a quick shower while the hot water is running. Summer is good but winter is tough.Toothbrush provided, no bedding provided.Breakfast is standard but delicious.There is a space to dry skis in the lobby.It's good to have a microwave and water supply space.

A pension with a nice atmosphere overlooking Lake Shirakaba. I liked that it was very quiet and relaxing, there was a hot spring for day trips within walking distance near the pension, and the food was delicious with local ingredients.I was comforted by the owner couple who greeted me with a smile from beginning to end.Next time, I would like to visit with my family and dog!...I wanted to stay for about a week! !

With easy access to surrounding facilities, you can enjoy a quiet and calm atmosphere.The inside of the pension had a homely atmosphere that made me feel relaxed. Recommended for those who want to be healed!

This is a small pension located in a quiet location a little away from the bustling area of Lake Shirakaba, and all rooms have lake views.The food wasn't fancy, but it was made with local ingredients and was delicious, and combined with the atmosphere of the owner and his wife, it made me feel at ease.

I stayed with my pet (a large dog). This was a great help as even if there are accommodations that allow pets, many accommodations do not allow large dogs. Thanks to the owner of the pension, we were able to have a great time with our pets. Thank you, thank you!

In short, it's a generally good pension. The beds are spacious and the food is delicious.There are no special features to mention in a positive sense, but you need to be careful in the summer as there is no air conditioning.(I have a bias for coming here during the heatwave, but I'm sure it will be nice in the winter.)
