I was on a business trip to Osaka Kirakyu and found it on my smartphone in the evening of my stay near Tokyo Station, Yurakucho Station, and Hibiya Station.Recently, there are many APA direct hotels on the APA app, but I looked for other APA hotels near Tokyo Station that were over 20,000 yen.I made a reservation because the price was better than the APA app.I stayed here for the first time with low expectations as the reviews had less than 4 stars. My expectations were greatly disappointed in a good way.The building's facilities seem a little old, but the exterior of the building and the interior, such as the elevator hall that goes down half a floor, had a very retro feel. For those who like to walk, it takes less than 20 minutes from Tokyo Station's Yaesu South Exit to enjoy the cityscape of Ginza. Yurakucho Station is also within walking distance. The rooms are not very spacious, but they are well-cleaned and amenities are provided in the rooms.I was also impressed by the staff at the front desk, who were well-dressed and well-dressed.There may be some gaps where my original expectations were not so high, but I posted this because I want this kind of hotel and service to continue for a long time.

What was good about it.1. The staff are friendly. Always greet me when I go out.2. It's nice that there's a smartphone charger next to the bed. There is no need to bring it separately.3. It is well equipped with bathroom amenities (shampoo, treatment, body wash, soap), electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, dryer, air conditioner, TV, etc.4. All necessary amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, lotion, wax, cotton swab, comb, slippers, etc.) are provided.5. The hotel location is very good. The subway station is close and there are many places to shop nearby.Something to note.1. The refrigerator temperature is not low. I don't think frozen food can be stored.2. Toothbrush/toothpaste is provided, but the toothbrush is very stiff and the toothpaste does not clean well, so it is best to prepare your own.3. The soundproofing is so weak that you can hear calls from the next room. (You can't hear it clearly, just enough to recognize that you're on the phone)

As soon as I first entered, it smelled like mold. Also, the floor of the bath and toilet were made of tiles, which made me feel uncomfortable and didn't feel like taking a bath. I saw red mold. I gave this rating because I thought the structure was not very good because there was no outlet near the lamp near the bed and I couldn't charge my smartphone right away. I realized that my home is number one. Service is ok.

I chose this hotel because I could stay in Ginza for 100,000 won per night. There are three subway stations close by - Higashi Ginza, Ginza, and Tsukiji - and it's quiet, about two blocks away from the busiest area, so it's easy to get around as there are many restaurants nearby. It's 3 minutes away from Pang Maison, a must-see course in Ginza, so it's good for an open run. (I didn't understand Pang Maison because they told me to stand in line again at the end even when they showed me the online waiting screen.)Above all, the sign was very large and had white letters on a red background, so it was nice to be able to see it clearly from afar without having to wander around the busy Ginza area. The hotel itself looked old, but was cleanly maintained, and the bedding, bathtub, and toilet were also clean. The TV was okay too! The bed was about queen size, so it seemed like two people could sleep. There was no problem with soundproofing, and although there was a bit of a musty smell due to the rain, it was okay because there was an air conditioner and an air purifier. However, as it is an expensive city hotel, there was not enough space to spread out luggage.I feel like the basic amenities provided are a bit disappointing. When you go to a good hotel, they say you can freely take tea, bath salts, etc. from the first floor, but here, the only things provided in the room were shampoo, rinse, shower gel, toothbrush, and razor, and there was no water, which was disappointing. Water is sold for about 150 yen at a vending machine in front of the elevator on the first floor, and there is a regular vending machine and an orange juice vending machine right in front of the hotel, so you can buy it quickly.Overall, if you are looking for a hotel in Ginza, this is a hotel worth recommending.

Never go. The burning smell of mold. It's so old that it smells rotten. Why does the cleaning person have to look at people outside? I'm going to get up and leave on my own.

I was considering making a group reservation, but the phone support is so bad.Even if there was space, I didn't want to stay there.
