It's right opposite the station and it's super easy to find. I was always worried that there would be any surprises when booking on the Japanese website, but my check-in went smoothly. The room was neat and clean, and it was very comfortable for one person to stay in. However, the Japanese booking website misunderstood that a room for two people had been booked. Later, it seemed that no one else was staying, but after paying, I was too embarrassed to quarrel with the boss. The boss was very nice. He carefully explained the environment in the house or how to use things. He also provided tea bags for us to enjoy. He also proactively asked us if we had allergies. I thought it was very considerate. I will choose here again next time I come.

The structure of the hotel is perfect for a business hotel. The bed sheets were not crisp and had a gentle texture. The location is right in front of the station, so it's perfect. While other accommodations cost around 20,000 yen, I think the cost performance is good as you can stay for 10,000 yen even in the off-season.If you could improve the slightly slow Wi-Fi, I think it would be a perfect score.

The location is very convenient, right in front of the station, and the owner and employees were kind and I had a very comfortable stay with her.The price was reasonable and the Japanese-style room was very relaxing for two people. On the day I returned, they kept my luggage until the Shinkansen time, which was very helpful as I could arrive at the station in 2 minutes.I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Karuizawa.

We are from Taiwan. In Jinlun, Taiwan, there is a small Japanese-style hot spring hotel that I often go to called Hitaya. The lady boss said that she named it Hitaya because she had been to Karuizawa Hitaya Hotel, so she wanted to have a hot spring hotel. The business is as small and beautiful as Japan. Unexpectedly, by chance, I had the opportunity to come to Karuizawa this time, so I booked a hotel. The boss is a father and son, and there is no problem using Google Translate. The room we originally booked on the Japanese booking website was canceled for unknown reasons (when we were in Taiwan, he sent us a letter to confirm that the reservation was successful), but the boss was still very enthusiastic to give us a room. You don’t have to worry about booking a room anymore. pushHowever, the bicycle rental shop next door suggested walking a little further towards Old Ginza before renting one. I later saw that the rental price was 1,300 yen for a day, but the rental shop next to Hitaya cost 1,300 yen for three hours. Yesterday, I interrupted my trip and went back to the rental office in order to return the bike. , not very recommended

The location is very good, just across the road from the station. The boss is very enthusiastic. Although he is not good at English, he can use translation apps to communicate. The Japanese-style Japanese-style room is spacious and can adjust the heating and cooling by itself. The overall sanitary environment is not bad, and a yukata is provided for wearing.

The location is excellent, just across the road from the station. The hotel is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs; the boss is very kind and can use translation software to communicate! The room is spacious and clean. It's no problem to open two suitcases. It's also very quiet. Heating and blankets are provided in the room. You don't have to worry about it getting cold at night in winter~

I was a little worried before staying because there weren't many reviews, but I was very satisfied with the hotel, which was close to the station, cheap, and clean. As others have mentioned, the landlord was also kind.
