You can forget about everyday life in a very quiet place. Hot springs are also great if you don't like sulfur.

My favorite inn that I've stayed at many times. In the winter, it's a ski resort, and in the high season, it's also a lodging for road trips and motorcycle touring. If you ride a bicycle, you can ride the Norikura Echo Line! The food at the inn is good!Hot springs are good! !The location is very good! ! !The room is clean and there is a toilet too.In winter, the wood stove in the living room keeps you warm.I'll probably stay again.

After sightseeing in Kamikochi, we used it with 2 adults and 3 children, an infant and an elementary school student. The room had a very comfortable atmosphere, with a mix of Japanese and Western styles, making me feel like I was back at home! This is an inn where you can feel the attention to detail, such as towels being prepared in a basket and the ability to choose a yukata and take a private bath. There were four baths, so even though I used them during Obon, I didn't have to wait and was able to use them as many times as I wanted. The food was very delicious, the seasoning, and the ingredients were excellent. The portions were plentiful and everyone was very satisfied. I would also like to use it. thank you very much!

I stayed on a Thursday at the end of July 2023 while traveling to Mt. Norikura and Kamikochi during my children's summer vacation.Dinner was very delicious, typical of a pension. There was a small billiards in the communal living room, which I enjoyed with my children. The atmosphere in the living room was also nice. The bath was reserved for private use, but there were only about 3 groups of guests staying that day, so we could use it whenever we wanted. There are four baths, and the two on the left are completely open-air, but the second from the left has a nice view and is recommended. The next day, I was in Kamikochi, and I was introduced to a bento shop for lunch, and it was a pension full of hospitality.

1 night stay as a couple from Tuesday, August 15, 2023.I made a reservation on Jalan two days in advance.Due to the typhoon, 5 groups canceled, including 3 groups including us.Norikura Kogen Onsen ♨️ is almost unaffected by the typhoon. It was cloudy or rainy. There are four private baths, and reservations are not required; you can hang the private bath on the doorknob in any available space.Cloudy white water, flowing directly from the source, sulfur spring.A faint scent of sulfur. There is also a washing area. The water temperature is slightly different in 4 locations, so you can choose your favorite location.Great to enjoy the spectacular view 😀I think the scenery would be even more beautiful if it was sunny.Dinner started at 6pm in the dining room and was delicious. I'm satisfied. There was a fireworks display starting around 8pm, about a 5 minute walk from the pension. About 10 minutes❓I could barely see the big fireworks from the pension.Breakfast is available from 7:30am or 8:00am, with a choice of Japanese or Western options.Overall, it was a satisfying pension. There aren't many customers, so it's quiet.I had a relaxing time.

Everything about it is of such quality that you wouldn't expect it to be a pension. The size, cleanliness, and facilities of the rooms are on a level higher than that of a traditional Japanese inn.The bath in particular was the best and truly heavenly. With this quality at a pension price, I'm sure I'll be returning again. The hot springs have two open-air baths, one indoor bath, and one indoor open-air bath, each of which can be reserved for groups. (Sorry if the numbers are not accurate)This was a great experience with a lot of privacy! !
