It was a very nice stay and I was very satisfied. To be honest, when I made the reservation, I was worried because there were so many negative things written in the reviews, but personally, it was such a nice pension that I wondered why everyone was writing such bad things. Since it's not a luxury hotel or inn, the customer service may not be as if ``you are the gods'', but rather the customer service was warm and friendly, like a madam welcoming you like a mother and saying ``Welcome home.'' All of us (3 friends) all agreed that it was a nice stay and that it wasn't bad at all unlike the reviews, and we had an enjoyable two days without any complaints. The food was very delicious and they changed the menu over the two nights we stayed. We could use the private bath as much as we wanted, and from the open-air bath where the sunlight filtered through the trees, we could see the squirrels in the trees, and felt the fullness of nature. Flowers were blooming at the entrance and seemed to welcome us. North Pole is beautiful this time of year. I thought the owner was taking great care of it. There was a memory notebook in the room, so when I read it over, I found that no one had any complaints and there were memories of fun. ``It was fun. I'll come again♪'' were the comments from children to adults about their memories from 2008. Seeing this warmed my heart again. We also recorded our memories. The wind, sunlight, and birds singing from the room were amazing, and when I went outside at night, I could see a sky full of stars. The building and furniture are a bit old, but there is no odor and the impression is that it is kept clean despite its age. I had a lot of fun memories. I would definitely like to go again.

It was really great place. Stuff was so welcoming us. They have a lot of negative comments here but in fact there's nothing wrong. This place isn't gorgeous hotel so of course it's not great as a high class hotel but at least it's so comfortable room. Toilet and bathroom is included in the room. They have free private open air bath too that can enjoy the full of nature. Luckily we could see squirrel on the tree.

This photo on Google that looks like a large pool is posted incorrectly. I misunderstood. It's an old building. It would be better to renovate the wallpaper or something. It's a waste. Also, the kids didn't want to take a bath in the open-air bath, so I wanted something a little cleaner. The freshly baked bread was delicious ^_^

The open-air bath should be improved. The wood on the floor is rotting and looks like it's going to fall off. Moreover, it is completely visible from the room, so women should be careful. And for some reason, I thought it was a crime for an old man from the facility to come in and ask me how hot the water was. Why would a woman come into a place completely naked? ? ? It was a relief that I was soaking in the hot water, but I was still working when I came in and asked how hot the water was. I wondered what this person was talking about. Looking back now, I think I should have reported it. That's a habitual offender.I'm curious as to why there are so many high ratings, but Rakuten Travel appears to have high ratings, but they keep deleting reviews and there's only one review. .If it's a good review, there's no need to delete it.I use Rakuten Travel frequently, but doing so is usually dangerous.

The location was surrounded by nature and you could see both Suruga Bay and Sagami Bay.The owner's homemade freshly baked bread and dinner were very delicious. The room had a bath and toilet, so it was easy to spend time with small children.I would like to go again because it had a homely atmosphere.

The attitude of the clerk (maybe the owner's wife?) is very bad.He keeps cursing and what he says changes. The room and bathroom were unsanitary and there were insects, so I asked if I could borrow some insecticide, but they said there were no insects. I gave up on taking a bath.

Although it is a small hotel, I felt at home and had a warm and comfortable stay. Located on the top of a mountain, it's perfect for walking your dog.
