I stayed in the twin room with my friend during our trip to Japan for 3 days. I am used to staying in hostels and I was a bit disappointed. We arrived 2 hours before our check in and we thought it was possible to leave our luggage at the reception like I was used to but I was wrong. The building itself doesn’t have a reception. They use a lobby from another hotel nearby (2 streets from this hostel) so we had to go see if it was possible to leave our luggage before our check in but it was actually close… here in Fuji the stores open really late. The hotel which uses the reception as a lobby for our hostel opens at 3 PM each day so it was frustrating to go to a train station to then rent lockers for our bags. When we finally checked in, they give you a code to enter your room and it’s a nice room for the price we pay. All bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is really good (they have a microwave, stove, refrigerators) and the showers are really well set as well. For women, they have separate rooms for them so that’s nice too. All the rooms come with air conditioning. The rooftop is okay, there are no chairs or anything but the view is amazing (if you’re lucky enough to not have any clouds in front of the mountain). Something to keep in mind is that the towels for showering are 200 yen. As for the location, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re not willing to take 30 mins buses each time to get to the train station at 30 degrees (we went in September). Honestly, we thought it was a ghost city because all of the shops and restaurants/bars are closed most of the time. If you really want to take pictures of Mt. Fuji, I suggest you book something in Fujinomiya instead, since the city is more lively.

Upon my arrival, I was afraid when I saw the hostel entrance, it is a narrow corridor between the buildings that looks like it is under construction but reading the comments I think it has been like this for more than 8 years. At the end of the hallway there is a door that requires a password to enter and next to it an intercom that was answered instantly when I called, immediately the door opened. The bathrooms, shower, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bed are clean. The decor is super minimalist and looks great.Last night we were only two people in the hotel and today too, I think it is due to the low season, at the beginning I had booked 3 nights but I just booked 4 more nights, it is super quiet here compared to Kyoto, Hiroshima Osaka or Nagoya and I can rest and sleep well. I will take this place to recharge energy.

A truly superb hostel. It's very small but that's really nice and everyone chats to each other in there. With everyone off to explore Mt Fuji it generally got quiet very early but that's okay. The view of the mountain from the rooftop genuinely took my breath away.

When I walked to the door, my heart felt cold. It was an alley, but there were many railway sleepers. The door was locked with a combination lock. Fortunately, someone answered the doorbell. When I entered the door, I thought that it was an abandoned building. The magic stone in the middle of the stairs had destroyed the first to second floors. Fortunately, the stairs became very high as I went up. There was a ruined room in the middle building, which was 1.5 times the normal stairs. You could see it all the way to the reception hall on the fourth floor. I have the intention to adopt the loft styleThe toilet and sink in Inax are also very good. The bed is very soft, comfortable and clean. The sheets and sheets are changed for you. The gesture-controlled bed lamp has 20 centimeters of storage space next to the bed. Although the public space on the fourth floor is small, I am the only one today. It's enough for another travelerThe counter was very nice. They checked me in in advance and introduced the environment. They quickly cleaned it with a sweeping robot when I arrived. It was very clean except for the spiral staircase to the 5th floor (added to the top floor?)The location is very close to Yoshiwara Motomachi or Yoshiwara Chuo. I took the Minami Tram at Yoshiwara Station and walked there for a few minutes. It is very convenient to get to Central Park. You can walk along the river to the nearest red Yume Bridge, but today you can't see Mount Fuji at Yoshiwara Chuo. There is a bus there to Shizuoka World Heritage Site which takes about 40 minutes. There are still no visitors during the holiday. I think this is a stop before climbing Mount Fuji in midsummer. There is the Gion Festival on June 8th

A cute and cozy guesthouse with an amazing view of the fuji from the rooftop. Not too many attractions nearby but after a ride with a bus there is a lot of beautiful nature. …

I needed to cancel as my dates were wrong. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate my cancellation request due to their policy, which was clearly communicated but still disappointing. …

I used it as a work space. It was originally a closed space, but I was kindly allowed to use it, which was very helpful. The room was clean and I was able to concentrate on my work for about 90 minutes. thank you very much!

I chose this guesthouse on my first visit to Fuji City.First of all, it is conveniently located right behind the Yoshiwara Honmachi shopping street.Since we arrived after dark, it looked like an abandoned building and was a little scary at first. lolHowever, the inside of the facility is clean and stylishly renovated. The toilet and bath were very clean and comfortable to use, and when I opened the window in the morning, I saw the huge Mt. Fuji right in front of me! !It's no exaggeration to say that I paid the accommodation fee for this view, it's so amazing! ! !During your stay, the property is completely left alone except for the time of check-in. I was able to relax and relax as I was completely reserved and didn't interact with other guests at all, including when checking out, but I was concerned about the hospitality if I had to run an errand or have a question.I would like to take care of you again when you come to Fuji City.Speaking of greed, there's only a shower room, so it doesn't have to be a hot spring, so I think it would be nice to have a bath where you can soak in the bathtub ♨️
