Stayed overnight for a lecture at Ito Cafe in the evening. It was my first time staying in a private lodging, but it was sufficient. What bothered me was that I could hear the rats walking on the ceiling and the sleeping breath of the person in the next room lol.I also tried to stay as quiet as possible.

I used it when sightseeing in Gifu during the Obon holiday. If you have time, you can meet cute and unique rescue cats who are looking for foster parents. It was convenient as it was close to the Gujo Odori venue.I ate breakfast at the hotel as it was served at an event, and it was delicious.

I used Machiyado 5 years ago and it was comfortable so I chose this one. Two people shared a 3-bed triple room.It was cheap at 10,000 yen per night for two people, but it was like staying in a house in Gujo, without being boring like a capsule, and it was still new and very comfortable.*However, I was disappointed that I couldn't meet the cat on the first floor.

I made a reservation to participate in the Bon dance in Gujo Hachiman. The location is perfect. It may be a good idea to bring your own amenities. A washing machine and refrigerator are located in the common area. Washrooms and toilets are also shared.

This is my first experience at this type of accommodation. Guests are also responsible for putting on bed sheets and removing them when leaving. I learned that there are additional charges. I regret not being able to flirt with the rescue cat, which I was most looking forward to. There was morning information in the room, but please note that there are many temporary closures after all-night dancing!

The building is old and the sound insulation is not good, but the inside of the building including the rooms is clean. The toilet (with washlet), shower, and washroom are shared. You can also use the washing machine and dryer, but there is a charge. There is WiFi. The Gujo Odori venue is also nearby.

We stayed for about a week and enjoyed the townscape of Gujo Hachiman, the flow of the Nagara River, climbing the mountain to Hachiman Castle (lol), and the surrounding activities (rafting and Mt. Dainichi trekking).I appreciate that the accommodation system is cheaper if you stay for consecutive nights. The room has a Japanese style interior but a bed.The single room was a little small but clean and comfortable. The shared living room had:Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, IH cooker, large TV, table and chairs, counterfrying pan, potMedium plates, small bowls, mugs, forks and spoonsThere was a skylight and it was bright. There was a liquor store and a side dish store nearby, which was nice. It's located in the town of Gujo Hachiman, so it's easy to get to, and I enjoyed a morning walk and a dinner of salt-grilled sweetfish (drink).

I visited Gujo Hachiman on a business trip and used a private lodging for the first time.Is the location in the center of Gujo? About 5 minutes walk from the old government building.Although it was in the city, it was in a very quiet place.Very quiet as mentioned in the comments on other sites. The room is nice and clean. There is no TV in the room, but you can connect to Wi-Fi, so there is no problem at all.On the other hand, I was able to spend time away from the media and concentrate on work.Is there one other person staying there besides me? I could probably see it, but it was quiet.Regarding accommodation, I had no problems and was able to relax. However, the parking lot is now a municipal parking lot, and even though I left early in the morning, the parking fee was nearly 1000 yen from the day before. It is very relaxing for those who go to Gujo Hachiman by train.

I stayed in a single room. The image is of a backpacker house in Southeast Asia. The location and quietness of the place were good.Personally, I agree with the fact that it is environmentally friendly. The negative points are...・You can hear the sounds from the next room. There are also sounds of breathing and rolling over.・If you do not bring your own towels or toothbrushes, you will need to purchase them.・There is only a bed in the room. There are no tissues or a desk (I had a runny nose from the cold, but I couldn't do anything in the room, and the common space outside the room was half open and cold...)・Although it was okay to set up the sheets and covers myself, I had to move the neatly arranged futons into a small space to do so, which made me feel like it was a hassle.・I heard the sound of rats running in the attic several times.
